This hotel in the heart of Zell’s Old Town is located directly on the Moselle Promenade. It features a riverside terrace, free on-site parking and breakfast room with panoramic countryside views. Nice hotel with a splendid view facing the river and the promenade and balcony to the south. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of variety. Room is quite spacious. 24 hour free internet was promised, unfortunately the WLAN router was 'kaput' out of service during our stay.

Inrichting kamer ligging hotel Vriendelijk personeel verstrekking van informatie en wandelkaarten Op de reispapieren stond dat er voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid zou zijn. Dit bleek niet het geval. Betalen met de Visa-kaart was niet mogelijk ook dit in tegenstelling met de reispapieren.

kleines familär geführtes Hotel. Leider war mein Zimmer die erste Nacht kalt. Hierfür wurde mir gerade mal eine Flasche Wein gegeben. Desweiteren ist es schade das diese Hotel keine Restaurant hat somit musste man jeden Abend außerhalb essen gehen.

We hadden als gezin een suite geboekt, en sliepen bij elkaar op de kamer. De ruimte in de suite. Goed ontbijtbuffet, veel keus en vers. Personeel was ronduit onvriendelijk en deed niet hun best ons te helpen met de vragen die we hadden. WiFi deed het nauwelijks, en dat was toch wel een van de redenen om in dat hotel te boeken. Ook toen wij hierover klaagden werd niet eens moeite gedaan het te verbeteren. Wijnproeverij in het hotel is een wassen neus, en de wijn die wij in het hotel hebben gekocht konden wij om de een of andere reden niet in een glas bestellen buiten op het terras. Bij de boeking moesten we een garantie afgeven met een creditcard, waarmee we vervolgens in het hotel niet konden betalen (Euro MasterCard)... Dit hotel: niet doen !! Er zijn nog zoveel andere...

Die sehr gute Lage an der Promenade. Der Hinterausgang ging direkt zu der Fussgängerzone von der Altstadt. Der Blick vom Balkon sehr schön über die Biegung der Mosel und Abends schön beleuchtet. Die Schiffshaltestelle war direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer geräumig mit Kühlschank. Frühstück war OK Das Einzige was weniger angenehm war - aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts - es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze. Das Problem liegt an der Stadtverwaltung. Für ältere Gäste nicht so einfach mit dem Gepäck.

Het hotel licht prachtig aan de moezel met een mooi uitzicht op de rivier en omgeving, de kamers zijn groot en heel mooi ingericht en super schoon, prachtige badkamer met alles erop en eraan. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en een heerlijk ontbijt s morgens. Voor ons een absolute topper.

De kamers waren netjes en verzorgd en voorzien van een balkon. Diner-Buffet was matig tot goed Ontbijt-Buffet was uitstekend Ligging langs de Moezel was prima Parkeren niet altijd optimaal geluk hebben als er ruimte was De tijdelijke verbouwing van het pand naast het hotel maar nogmaals dit zal hopelijk tijdelijk zijn

Mooie ruime kamer met balkon met uitzicht op de Moezel en het uitstekende ontbijt. 'S Avonds is er geen leuke bar O.I.D. om gezellig een drankje te drinken.

Lage gut, Zimmer ok, Frühstück normal, Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön Das Personal war betont unfreundlich, bei der Buchung wurde ein Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer ausdrücklich gebucht, dann verschwand nach dem Check-In plötzlich die 2. Bettdecke, diese wurde dann nach Aufforderung zwar zurückgegeben aber mit leicht murrigem Komentar, erstaunlich, da das Haus recht leer erschien

Fantastisk udsigt over Mosel floden. Dejligt at det var muligt bo 3 voksne samt en teenager sammen. Dårlig lugt i værelset.

Vue sur la Moselle, chambre spacieuse (avec balcon) Gentillesse de la propriétaire qui a accepté de décaler la réservation d'une journée sans pénalité Chauffage insuffisant dans la chambre
