Convenient for Congress Centre... It's within about 10 minutes walk. It's also located beside a tram station which leads into the city centre. For travellers from UK & Ireland you may be expecting an actual hotel when this would be more comparable to a guest house or B&B. It's good value for money but may not be exactly what you would be expecting and I think the impression created through their marketing materials is different to that of the actual experience.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Hinweise wegen Abendessen und U-Bahnfahrt in die Stadt zum Weihnachtsmarkt. Aushändigung eines Stadtplanes mit Markierungen zur Hotellage und des Weihnachtsmarktes. Sauberes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, sehr gut funktionierende Heizung, auch im Bad! Wunschgemäß wurden die Einzelbetten zusammengestellt, ein Service der nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Danke. Etwas hellhörig

Het hotel ligt gped voor diegenen die naar de Messe willen gaan. Als je niet tegen lawaai kunt, moet je de kamers aan de voorkant vermijden

Das Hotel ist nichts besonderes, aber für Geschäftsreisen beziehungsweise für Messen gut geeignet. Zum Eingang Süd der Messe Düsseldorf sind es 300 Meter Fußweg. Die Zimmer samt Bad sind ok und vor allem sauber. Wer Luxus erwartet, findet ihn jedoch nicht. Frühstück ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Mein Resümee: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Ich gehe da jederzeit wieder hin. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn Nachts andere Gäste durchs Treppenhaus gehen, habe ich das sehr deutlich in meinem Zimmer mitbekommen.

Leuk hotel, leuk personeel. Zijn echt met hun vak bezig en dat straalt er af. Het ontbijt buffet is prima en in een leuke sfeer. De bedden zijn vrij zacht, maar dat is natuurlijk peroonlijk.
