Hotel offers what it should offer: Good simple rooms, good breakfast. Even a very small shop for if you have forgotten something. Also Supermarket acorss the street. Staff was not very friendly, His TV screen in the back of the office was more important..... It is actually just a hotel for Fair visitors.

The Hotel is about 15-20 minutes walking from the Exhibtion Area of Messe. The Location is quite good for this purpose. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is fine. No particular comment. It is a nice hotel specifically made for business stay. Personnel at the reception desk could be more friendly. Courtesy and kindness while receiving guests is not their best selling point...

Nettes Personal, kostenfreies WLan, gutes Frühstück, kostenlose Unterbringung unserer 2 jährigen Tochter in separatem Bett, kostenfreie Parkplätze Betten zu weich, ein angeschlossenes Restaurant wäre schön gewesen, aber da man dies vorher wusste konnte man entsprechend planen.

Einzig der Preis mit € 65.- im dz incl. Fs Lage für Messebesucher ideal, ansonsten ist nichts in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist einfach, die Betten weich und erinnert eher an ein 2* Hotel. Für meinen Zweck (eine Nacht mit später Anreise) zum Schlafen okay, ansonsten würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren zu viert in Hannover bei Bülent Ceylan in der Tui Arena - aufgrund der messenahen Lage wurde dies Hotel gewählt. Zimmer, Betten, Sauberkeit, kostenfreier Parkplatz, Frühstück - alles ok, wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort. Allerdings wollten wir nach dem Konzert an der Hotelbar noch etwas trinken - Chaos! Es gab Bier und Sprite, aber kein Alster! Der Kollege fand dies nicht in der Karte, also gab es keins. Wir haben ca. 20 Minuten auf 2 Bier gewartet... nicht weil so viel zu tun war (ausser uns waren noch 2 Gäste in der Bar, die aber ihr Getränk schon hatten), sondern das Zapfen dauerte soooooo lange. 2 doppelte Baileys mit Eis waren die größere Herausforderung: erst 3 Eiswürfel in einen kleinen Schwenker, dann bis Eichstrich 4 cl mit Baileys aufgefüllt... auf einen Hinweis hin wurde "umgekippt", natürlich war es nicht einfach die Eiswürfel zu bremsen... Das soll hier reichen. Wir haben innerhalb von gut 2 Stunden tatsächlich noch eine 2. Runde betellen können und bekommen ;-) aber es waren inzwischen auch 2 weitere Gäste erschienen, also 8 Personen mit Durst. Dieser Abschluss eines ansonsten sehr schönen Tages in Hannover hat uns nicht so ganz gefallen, aber vielleicht kann man es als konstruktive Kritik nehmen...

Het hptel doet dienst als hotel voor de hannover messe , dus veel zakelijk bezoek voor een aantal nachten , goede kamers , goed ontbijt , matig dinerbuffet . Op loopafstand van de beurs , prima voor ons doel van het bezoek en een redelijke prijs . buffetdiner was matig

Mir hat am besten die Nähe zu Messe und Autobahn gefallen, trotzdem war das Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Nicht so gut fand ich, dass es im Haus kein Restaurant gibt, noch nicht mal die Möglichkeit, eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Nach einer langen Anreise (370km) hat man abends keine Lust mehr, wieder außer Haus zu müssen.

“This was our second stay at the 'Kaiserhof" and both stays were wonderful. The staff all greet us in a very friendly manner and the rooms are luxurious. We requested the same room we had on our first visit and our request was honored. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to make it an annual visit. The hotel's location is perfect...we enjoyed walking to all of our favorite places and restaurants.
