Grand City Hotel Berlin Zentrum  

It is important to mention that I lived in Berlin for 30 years and this trip was to meet up with friends, I love the old houses and the location was perfect for me to travel to all parts of Berlin albeit in such a short time. Berlin had been my home for thirty years and Berlin has always been good to me and I trust iIhave been good to Berlin too. Thank you for making this reunion possible, and kindly convey my gratitude to your yourng team. It is important to have a good functioning bathroom and a large room. Very old building, furniture in dust, wc is one for two rooms. Rooms was not clean, it was very noisy and small. We was there one night and do not want to stay in this hotel else.

Dust, nois, uncomfortable room and wc.

The old and dirty carpet in the hall. I would prefer to have some variuos of food for breakfast.

Great Location, Clean Spacious Room, Easy going staff

This could be a classy hotel if it wasn't somehow abandoned.

Very good location. Nice breakfast. The hotel staff was helpful.

The rooms was not very clean. Noise from workers at the building next door, started at 4-5 o'clock in the morning. The sink in our room was outside the bathroom, and the bathroom was very small.

We liked the location of the hotel, the nice cosy room and the tasty breakfast.

There is no free internet.

The location was very good and easy access to public transport and restaurants

The room was not hoovered during our 7 night stay, there was dust in the room.We could have had more hangers.

1. We really liked quiet street it was located in (Ku`damm is too noisy). 2. Historic building is beautiful. 3. Accomodation - we had quadriple room with balcony for standart room price. 4. Tea and coffee in the room

Cleaning was rather poor, but we didn`t much worry about it.

The location was very good. The information regarding things to do in Berlin was very good and the staff were friendly and polite.

The rooms were slightly outdated and in need of updating and fixing. The bathroom however was very modern which was a contrast to this.

How close to all the shops, bars and restaraunts the hotel was and the friendliness of the staff.

The room was very spacious. The bed very comfy and bathroom reasonably sized. Very clean.

The small entrance hall seemed a bit tired and in need of painting.

Good, comfortable hotel with non-expensive prices. Near hotel we found excellent german Küche restaurant, not pop, for locals :)

Fleckige Fußböden auf den Fluren und in den Zimmern, fehlende Sauberkeit, schlechte Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, schlechte Entlüftung im Badezimmer, Fenster nicht mehr Standard
