Location, silent, personal attitude from the staff It was too close to the reconstruction work, but at the other hand, it made stay more comfortable because of less people in the centre of Berlin |

The sheets were clean but the hotel was completely overpriced for what I got. It was 145 euros per night. I had a tiny, tiny room with a single bed overlooking a parking lot. The bathroom had no bath, only a shower and was very grungy. The sink was in the room itself. Comparing it to the Royal Magda where I stayed in Paris in August which was near the Champs Elysees this hotel was completely inferior. The price didn't even include breakfast for which they would have charged me another 12 euros. |

Hotel itself was good - clean and in a nice location. My room and those of my colleagues were good. I booked 20+ people to stay here during IFA. Satisfied with the hotel itself. 75% of the hotel staff were not friendly and not very helpful. I received many complaints from my colleagues about this point. (One person was very helpful). Depending on who was working at the front desk, we always got different information to the same questions. The internet was down more than it worked and since I booked it partly because it had internet this was a huge problem. |

Location in Berlin in relation to International Congress Centre and with excellent shopping facilities - Excellent Scaffoldingover front of building but with no building activity - not good / Cupboard space totally disastrous with doors haning off hinge tracks and clothes hangers badly designed / Steep stairs at entry to hotel reception up which heavy suitcases had to be lugged with no lift until one reached the 1st floor./ No english newspapers to read |

The hotel is very child unfriendly. Moreover the entrance to the hotel includes a flight of more than 20 steps and is therefore poor in access. No help is provided for these steps whatsoever from the hotel staff. |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the area is quiet. The hotel was good but it is looking a little tired and in need of refurbishment. Our room had a few marks on the wall where it looked like coffee had been splashed which could have been washed off. The bathroom was quite small and could have been cleaner in places. It was also a problem that we couldn't open our window very easily to keep cool at night. Comfortable enough, needs a lick of paint! |

The location is simply great! Close to the K-dam, U-bahn, buses and so on. The breakfast was good and the staff nice and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is located in a rather old but very charming and classical building. However, this means that the hotel has some drawbacks and the rooms cannot be compared with the ones in a new building. |

The fee of internet should be included into price of room. 10 euros for a day is very expensive. The hotel internet costs are not big. |
