Centrally situated within walking distance of transport, shops & restaurants

a number of steps at the entrance because of disability.

It was a really peaceful and clean hotel. People were warm and i enjoyed their kindness.

Everything but particularly the comfy beds and pleasant helpful staff and central location.

No butthink you may need a fan for room in summer and a kettle if you wanted tea.

very little, the rooms were clean, bed linen clean all that was fine, very dark dismay corridors long and narrow that squeaked when you walked to and fro from your room, we didn't have a shower just a bath, step steps in entrance up to reception and no one available to help carry up your luggage, also we arrived there at 10.

I booked 2 rooms (1 double - 2 adults) and a family room (3 adults I teenager) the second bed in family room was a pull down couch that made us feel like we were sleeping on the floor, its was neither comfortable or serviceable, I paid €921.10 for the 4 nights B&B, staff weren't friendly or helpful - only thing is it was very central - will not stay here again

It was fine, nothing outlandish, nothing flash. Good staff, very welcoming - and their English language skills were far, far better than my German, which was much appreciated. Only a couple of minute's stroll from the U-Bahn station so much of the city was easily accessible. Good supply of information leaflets for tourists. Good food available nearby in the evenings.

I missed having tea and coffee in the room, but that's a minor point.

bathroom old and definitly in need of renewel, bathroom looked dirty, not by the cleaner's fault, but by the state of the elements

Location & quiet. Older style with more character than mdern hotels.

1. V/poor lighting in room, only 4 x 25w side lights. Had to ask for brigher bulbs. Evening staff said they didnt have any but they were in a cupboard in reception all the time ! 2. Tried to charge full room rate for a later check out of just 2 - 3 hours. 3. Didnt provide any washing or changing facilities for guests with later evening departure. 4. Didnt reply to any e-mails at all !

The sheets were clean but the hotel was completely overpriced for what I got. It was 145 euros per night.

I had a tiny, tiny room with a single bed overlooking a parking lot. The bathroom had no bath, only a shower and was very grungy. The sink was in the room itself. Comparing it to the Royal Magda where I stayed in Paris in August which was near the Champs Elysees this hotel was completely inferior. The price didn't even include breakfast for which they would have charged me another 12 euros.
