Personnel très sympa et accueillant

Les avions très bruyants rasant l'hôtel pour décoller et atterrir.

L'hôtel est très bien situé près de l'aéroport. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.J'ai été agréablement surprise.

There were no hot drink facilities within the rooms

Good location - close to public transport and airport. Clean. Reasonably priced.

We have stayed three nights and at arrival we've been requested to pay for all our planned stay (and this was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel information). The room was rather small and with a very basic furniture. The breakfast could be considerably better for the amount being additionally charged for it. Towels and bed sheets have not been changed during all our stay.

Good price, close to airport, convenient location.

No telephone, no wake up calls, which is important when you take an early plane. However, receptionist was nice enough to lend me an alarm clock.

Nice clean hotel with lovely roses in the yard.

Location is not very central, although metro station is near by and no problems if you are traveling with a car.

Arrival: Upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful and quick checking me in and getting me to my room. On the way to the room I came across a stand full of excursions leaflets. Room: I stayed in a single bed room which had a lot of space and equipped with a office desk, office chair, bedside table on wheels, wardrobe with x3 hangers, T.V with remote, bathroom with wash basin, shower, hair dryer, towels, hand wash, glass, toilet with toilet paper. Good points to the room. A velux window in front of office table and chair making a perfect relaxing area. A second window which allows a lot of daylight and there's also curtains to block daylight. Room service 10/10

Bad points to the room. The hotel is built direct over a flight path to the airport. I stayed in room 323 when the big planes pass over each time your left thinking this one is sure to hit the hotel. This is the only fault and for 44 euro it's not bad giving it was event time and all hotels are booked up. Near by hotels charge 150 euro plus. Would i stay again? Yes. But I'd have to insist on a ground or second floor room.

Poor internet connection, that was charged & airplans noise.

The hotel was clean, the staff is nice, but is not present at night. This hotel is ideally for a early presents at the airport of Hamburg. Only 10 min. Walk if you know the way to go.

The internet had a very poor performance and not free. The television set had very complex instructions. I did got it working. Best advise, come in late and be out early.

Clean and nice room for the price your pay.

NOISE!!! Aircrafts landing every 5 min just above the hotel and noise in the room is high. Fortunately no flights between 11pm and 7am.
