Friendly atmosphere. Location (Prenzlauer Berg). Very close to underground station. To early check out (10 am). Also breakfast stopped at 10 am. |

staff helpful, not directly in city centre, but u bahn right on door step, and very easy and cheap to get cab into centre. rooms are clean and quiet even though it is called hotel/hostel, it is definitely a hostel, so slightly misleading |

great location. good value for money the baggage room is available for everyone. you should lock your baggage (even though i didnt and nothing was taken). |

Great location with U station 20 meters from the hotel entrance and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Stylish and clean room with excellent views over the rooftops (not all room have this, though) and no noise from the street or other guests. The hostel rooms are used by american teenagers so the lobby and breakfast room/cafe had a bit highscoolish atmosphere. However, in the Prenzlauer Berg area you don't have to walk far for a good selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs. |

Close to The U-Bahn which makes it easy to explore Berlin. and the rooms were nice, was good to have a private bathroom The breakfast. The staff came to the room and complained that we were too loud in the room when we were only watching tv. I did not appreciate that. If the tv is "too loud" they should not be in the room... |

Being a hostel as well as a hotel, this hotel is more suited to groups and young couples, although people of all ages were staying there. The price was excellent for the quality of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and gave us plenty of information about the city and transport etc. There was also an excellent free walking tour every day that started from the hotel each morning We arrived in the morning, around 9:30am, and had to wait until about 2pm to be checked in, although we never stated that we woulod be arriving early so I'm not sure if they could have accommodated us earlier. |

Excellent value for money - everything is very simple, but modern at the same time. Good location - just near U-Bahn station and 2 stations from Alexanderplatz. Nice staff. Quite hard mattress of the bed. |

How impeccably clean and modern my room was; the room price; the location right next to the subway; breakfast and snacks on premises; pick up for a free Tour at the hotel, and very helpful staff. The room furnishing was Spartan (two single beds, a small closet, a small round table, a tv and one or two chairs) and there was no open view from the window but if someone is looking for a greatly located, modern, perfectly clean, cheerfully furnished (with ikea style furniture) and very friendly place, this hotel was perfect. It offers an excellent value for the money. |

We had written in the reservation, that we both are pregnant and maybe that is the reason why they kindly placed on in the quiet 7th floor with a very nice balcony. Everything is brand new and very Ikea-nice and totally value of money and there is a sub way right in front of the door. And the area is great! Bring your own towels - the ones we got were the seize of a tabloid news paper. We only stayed two nights, so it didn' t matter that there wasn´t any clean up of the rooms. |
