Just a 5-minute walk from the Frankfurt Messe Exhibition Centre, this non-smoking, 3-star hotel has soundproof rooms with Wi-Fi, a 24-hour bar, and easy S-Bahn train connections.
Score from 2126 reviews Good
This hotel in Kelsterbach is only 2.5 miles from Frankfurt Airport and 8 miles from the center of Frankfurt. It provides a free airport shuttle and quick public transportation.

This 5-star hotel is just half a mile from Frankfurt Airport. It includes soundproof rooms, a 6,135 ft² rooftop spa area with a pool, a 24-hour bistro bar in the lobby, and free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Shuttle bus to the airport.
There was no light in my room at 6am and nobody came to fix it. I couldn't pay with the card saved in the reservation.
The shuttle back and forth to the airport ran less frequently than advertised, and there was an unadvertised charge for the return trip. That was stupid and unnecessary. The room wasn't as clean as I expect in a German hotel. The food available was awful, and it was an awkward walk through parking lots and under highways to eat elsewhere. Won't go back there, that's for sure.
Location (close to the airport) Nice atmosphere, good design
Somebody should tell the hotel executives that post-modern design and furniture can not turn a bad hotel into a good one. *Staff was not friendly. *Rooms are super-small. *Wi-fi is not properly working and when i share this with an empolyee, she said me that "well thats normal, we have a lot of guests, nothing to do, deal with it" *Breakfast is no more than average *Air-conditioner didn't work properly. I travel a lot and most of the time booking.com ratings guided well however, this really was a misguided one.
Free pickup at airport, 3.50 euros to return. Pay for return at hotel. No driver hassle! Close to airport and quiet.
rooms were very nice. met all my expectations
breakfast was expensive for what it was. long line at check in/check out and there was so much luggage in the entryway from other travelers that you couldn't move around.
A perfect choice for those looking to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is just a few minutes (5-10 min, depending on which terminal you are heading to) by shuttle to the airport with 3.50 euro charge. Complimentary transfer from the airport to hotel is offered. Hotel is super clean, with helpful and friendly staff. There is a 24-hour cafe, nothing fancy, but at least a place to get a simple, warm meal in the middle of the night. Note that this is not a hotel for family/big group holiday makers who are looking to be near the city sights - the rooms are small, basic, very clean, and near the airport, not the city centre. Excellent value for money when I stayed one night here in November (had a morning flight to catch).
Housekeeping starts early in the morning; noise from corridor loud in room.
-Breakfast price and food -Hard uncomfortable beds in the triple bed - Check out your staff asked for the key and I was standing and she did not said anything as Thanks in that way I can know as customer that the check out was completed. - NOISY!!
Close to airport
Close to the airport
I was completely satisfied with the efficiency and friendliness of staff, the comfort in the room and having a bistro right there on the spot. I would choose this hotel again if I needed to stay close to the airport.
We took the comfort size room which is a tiny bit more expensive but a good size room. You only pay for the services you use such as shuttle to the airport and breakfast. There is a guest kitchen with washer and dryer, stove, micro and other small appliances. Nice idea.
Only one device can use their wifi at a time. And we both travel with wifi devices, so that was a bit inconvenient.
they only lure you with free shuttle but when you wanna go back to airport you have to pay. Hotel is using the fact that there's nothing near you, so they over exaggerate on prices of necessary items. The water is 5.5 Euro. and nothing available in ur room as complimentary. The staff is very rude. I lost my baggage and tried to call the airport for it the phone wasn't working. i asked them to allow me to call and they refused. I don't recommend this Hotel to anyone, please stay away from it.
Cómodo el transporte excelente
good comfortable hotel and helpful staff
Pillows were very uncomfortable
It was very clean and the staff very helpful.
The room was a bit tight but for our travel purpose it was adequate.
The shuttle bus does not stop at Terminal 1. This creates a huge logistical problem for passengers arriving at this terminal.
* breakfast was really good * there is a wonderful kitchen at the ground floor with a stove, electric kettle and even little laundry with 2 washing machines. I just boiled water for a tea, but it would be possible to even cook there... * staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful regarding all questions * direkt shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is free, back costs 3,50€, which is a fair price * there is a bar/restaurant with pasta, pizza and salads for 5-10€, which is a fair price
* wifi to my opinion has not worked always stable and connection speed was not always fast
We always stay here whenever travelling and have to stay overnight. Close to airport, but not noisy. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Room is clean, no complaints. Hot shower, nice. Price is very good for being so close to airport. Will always come here whenever in Frankfurt.
Only the restaurant chief Mr.Mohammed and the shuttle bus driver M. Ibrahim.
The Hotel facilities ...
Close to terminal 2 of the airport. 10 km from the hotel you have a nice tapas bar ( Frankfurter Strasse 184, 63263 Neu-Isenburg)
Small rooms Breakfast room is small If you have a drink , breakfast you have always to pay in advance, its not accepted to place it on the bill of the room.
Transfer every 30 minute from airport for free but the way back it is not in the same way (5€ pers)
Closeness to airport and trains.Yummy breakfast. Surprisingly quiet for so close to the airport.
Very small room. Third bed hard.
The location. The WiFi
The room is very small. There is no safe in the room. There should be a normal restaurant in a hotel close to an airport. There is no refrigerator.
I liked that the room was quiet, and I liked that the hotel was close to the airport so I could reduce the amount of stress of getting there early in the morning.
Because the hotel is at the airport, the views out the hotel window are of depressing, airport construction sites and flat land. The trip was extremely stressful because my phone and computer were about to lose power in a country I've never been to before. Because Germany is 220V, I couldn't plug in any of my devices to charge them. What's more, the staff didn't have any converters at the front desk. When asking for help, they were very stand-offish. The girl at the counter stared at her computer and wouldn't make eye contact with me. I was slightly panicking and could have used some help getting to a place where I could at least buy one. Instead, she told me to go back to the airport and buy one there. A hotel minutes from a major international hub that services passengers from all over the world should have something like this available as a courtesy. I do not recommend staying here if you are a first-time international traveller like I was. If you're experienced and already know what to expect, then this hotel is a great place to help you make sure you can quickly get to an early international flight.
