They are clean rooms early morning very noisly

They said that I may book a shuttle back to the airport just on reception, but when I came in, there were no free seats available for my time, so I had to order a taxi for an early morning. I recommend to book a shuttle early. A packed lunch is in fact only a sandwich with a small portion of juice.

Young staff was engaging and enthusiastic and very helpful. Pick service and delivery were on time and efficient. Rooms not huge but great for rest and sleep unless, you want to hide out for the day and watch tv, then stay home!

The hotel was perfect for airport stopovers.... super close to Frankfurt's main airport. The shuttle service and cafe were convenient too.

When arrived, we stood at the front desk for fifteen minutes with our luggage while the staff bustled around, clearly seeing us. When one person paused long enough for us to ask if we could check in, they sounded surprised that that was what we wanted. It was almost like they were ignoring us. It was odd.

With a 10-hour layover, your hotel was spot-on. Immediately close to the airport, the simplicity is luxury mode was what we liked. The rooms were meticulously crafted, spotlessly clean with the latest styling and appliances. The spartan beds were remarkably comfortable with good linens and duvets. We thought it was perfect as was the pricing. The staff were friendly and engaging, not something the airport offered.....

we came into terminal1 and the hotel bus only picked up at terminal 2, an airport bus away. We decided a taxi was worth the cost, but found drivers were reluctant to take us such a short distance as they'd been in line for an hour for customers....perhaps the hotel would let the bus swing by both terminals as is done in some places...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Relatively close to airport and an easy walk to terminal 2, rooms were relatively small but clean and tidy with bunk beds for kids. Not many hotels can cater for travelling gamilites. Luggage storage, early check (when available) was generous (we didnt use this).

Very close to airport. This is a totally Non-Smoking hotel - a great change from many of the hotels I have stayed at in Germany. 24 hr lobby bar.

Breakfast buffet is not very extensive compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Germany/Western Europe. But it's not very expensive. Rooms are quite small (we had a quad room and we were really packed in - but since we were only interested in sleeping before an early flight - worked for us.

It had everything you need and close to airport.

Not walking distance from Terminal 1

The location is not far from the airport so it is very convenient for the first & last days of my trip.

Hard to find any indication on the arrival at Frankfurt airport for transfer to the hotel so I had to take a taxi.

Nice hotel, near to the airport.

The hotel was fine for its purpose and that is an overnight stay when arriving or leaving Frankfurt.
