The rooms were very nice, and on arrival there was a personalised screen on the TV, which was a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, with excellent pillows! The bathroom was clean and spacious with a modern design. The lighting in the room is also very modern and quite cleverly placed (You'll see if you go there!)The staff were very willing to help out with train times etc and were patient with those trying to learn some basic German! One of the bath towels did have hair on it and there was no shampoo included in the complimentary bits (only 'bath foam'). Other than these minor points a very good stay. I would say that there were better valued hotels in the area. |

The hotel was clean comfortable & warm. The walk trough the park to town was pleasant The main thing was no kettle in the room ,as i am a poor sleeper i like to make a cup of tea during the night. Most hotels we have syayed in around the world have this facility. |

Very nice, design hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Lot's of choice. We also had diner at the restaurant in the evening which was also very good. |

The closeness to the Altstadt Ordered a bottle of champagne it took 55 minutes to arrive. Our key card was disabled after the first day or a 2 night stay. |

Quiet, well positioned for Messe Business trip and off main raods for noise. Classy hotel with great business facilities. Nice bathrooms as well as spacious rooms with all sleeping comforts. Congratulations. No English TV channels other then news channels. Movie channel also did not function on night of arrival so was stuck with BBC I think it was. |

Very clean and comforatble, service is good. I could not locate the car park, so I parked on the road. I asked for smoking room and staff said yes. When I got in the room, I found out non-smoking room. They suggested to change, but I declined as the room was so nice. |

service was good. staff was cooperative. breakfast was good. breakfast should be complementary. at the time of booking, i had been informed that there is a facility of massage / Turkish bath but there was no such facility at hotel. this should not be happened. if i knew it in advance i would have never booked the room. i would request you that plz dont mention this in facilities / services as it comes under cheating and i hate this. |

Clean, comfortable spacious room. Central location, near to leafy green park. Visiting family so did not spend much time in the hotel, Would have appreciated a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in our room. |

Excellent location, very new, modern and clean: Easy walking distance to downtown (Altstadt/Heinrich-Heine-Allee and Koenigsallee areas) and the Rhein river bank through a very pleasant park (Hofgarten), and right around the corner from subway station (Nordpark station, serviced by u79). Great for anyone who would want an easy access to downtown area and the central station (Hauptbahnhof). Hotel staff was very friendly, pleasant, and efficient. Our room (Melia Room, double) was spacious, very clean with pleasant and modern furnishings. Overall, highly recommended - Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Duesseldorf in the future. |
