Good cost performance. Nice breakfast. Close to the centre and the station. Parking space for several cars. Noisy with trams at night and with a street-cleaning car in the early morining when you open a window. No air-conditioner but electric fan. |

The staff were excellent, our double room was huge. Although no hot breakfast, the cold buffet selection was great. A very minor point - our towels were washed every day even when we hung them up despite the environmentally friendly laundry sign. Very minor though, everything else was great. |

Value and location; close to the train station, shopping, Red light District and Christmas Market. It's a nice 3-star hotel... Note it is advertised as a 4-star hotel. It is not a 4-star hotel. Advertised as a 4-star, but if you go expecting 4-star quality, you will be disappointed. |

朝食はパン、紅茶卵ハムヨーグルト・・この値段であの朝食ならお得な感じはする。部屋はそんなに大きくはな- かったけど まあ、綺麗なので良し。駅からは・・迷わずスムーズに歩けば ５－７分だと思います。市電の駅目の前。でも使わず歩いて行動してました。他のサイトで市電が夜うるさかっ- たって書いてるのがありましたが 気になりませんでしたし、交通量の多い繁華街より静かかと思います。 エレベーターが小さい。バギー乗せたらあと一人しか乗れないので２回に分けて 荷物を下ろした。 強いて言うなら バスルームが小さい・・かな。でも 窓がかなり大きく開いて 気持ちよかったです。ヨーロッパのホテルでこのレベルのホテルは当たり前ですが シャンプーとボディーシャンプーだけしかついてないので リンス必要なら持参ですよ。あと歯ブラシは当たり前です。 |

Die Nähe zur Oper ist genial. Die Abwicklung war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Die Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut, dafür größer. |

Sehr kompetentes Personal bei allen fragen und wünschen zugänglich. Ruhige entspannte Atmosphäre wenn immer Hektik im Hintergrund lauert. Hofseitiges Zimmer ist sehr ruhig trotzt Autoparkplatz.Kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. nein absolut nichts.Wenn dieser Standart aufrecht erhalten bleibt gibt es keine Beschwerden |

Das Hotel ist von seiner Lage und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Die Männlichen Mitarbeiter müssten an Ihrer Freundlichkeit noch arbeiten. Die Kolleginnen hingegen sehr kompetent. |
