Deres puder var simpelthen elendige. Der var slet ikke tale om en 4 stjernet hotel. Efter min vurdering bør hotellet have 2 måske højst 3 stjerner. Udskift disse elendige puder. Det kan ikke være så svært og dyrt. |

The Memphis Hotel did not have room for me; so they moved me to the Hotel Admiral. My responses on #2 are based on the Hotel Admiral. I think that the Memphis Hotel should have notified me before I arrived for check-in that they did not have the room I had booked and paid for in advance available. I wanted to stay closer to Romerberg and they moved me close to the Zoo. |

False propaganda: "Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge."That was not a 3-4star hotel, again wrong info/propaganda in your website. It showed that the price was like 300euros, and there is no possible way that this could be true. The hotel has a standard of 2star hotel. |

The hotel is close to everything: railway station, city centre, subway, tram. The rooms on the front of the hotel are a bit noisy due to the tram. For us however not a problem. |

It was close to the main section of the city centre, transportation We had a broken bed, breakfast selection was poor (got better quality from other 3 star hotels). The noise levels continued throughout the night, hence we got no sleep. The parking facility at the back of the hotel was small, very cramped, and not easy to park your car. The bathroom was not very clea, and most things were rested, and stained. |

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The location for the price of this room was excellent. We actually booked this hotel again before we left Germany, as we enjoyed our stay the first time! It was a little noisy, as it was on the streetcar line. There might be quieter rooms available, but ours was not one of them! Still, it was worth the extra noise for the location! |

Real level of the hotel doesn´t correspond to the evaluation given on the booking site. it is clearly not a 4 star hotel. |

The location was perfect. The room was more than adequate for our needs. Breakfast was yet another bonus. The Memphis was a most enjoyable experience and no doubt we will stay there again as well as reccommending it to our friends. |
