The hotel is close to everything: railway station, city centre, subway, tram. The rooms on the front of the hotel are a bit noisy due to the tram. For us however not a problem. |

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The location for the price of this room was excellent. We actually booked this hotel again before we left Germany, as we enjoyed our stay the first time! It was a little noisy, as it was on the streetcar line. There might be quieter rooms available, but ours was not one of them! Still, it was worth the extra noise for the location! |

Real level of the hotel doesn´t correspond to the evaluation given on the booking site. it is clearly not a 4 star hotel. |

The location was perfect. The room was more than adequate for our needs. Breakfast was yet another bonus. The Memphis was a most enjoyable experience and no doubt we will stay there again as well as reccommending it to our friends. |

Very central location within walking distance of the main train station and trams. Great breakfast - selection of juices, fruit, cereals, cold meats, smoked salmon, hot cooked breakfast such as scrambled eggs etc. This set us up for the day! Great shower in room en-suite. Tram stop very near the front door of hotel. Our room at the front of the hotel overlooked the road so we could check the tram digital sign and read when the next one was due. The lobby, breakfast area and lift were all very small. There was no area other than the breakfast room to relax or meet others in the hotel and the bar consisted of a couple of stools at the reception area where the doors opened onto the street - it would be freezing sitting there in the cold weather. The street was full of ethnic shops and offices so it was not very up market or picturesque. We did however feel safe at all times. |
