Very friendly and professional staff. Who spoke good English. A very clean room with tea making facilities Restaurant was closed when we arrived however staff ordered us in a pizza which was very good value and very tasty

This was my first stay at this hotel - I am an AClub Member (Accor Chain) I am always looking for a hotel near the Düsseldorf airport since I fly out early the next morning. My usual hotel, Lindner Hotel Airport, was priced too high for some reason so I chose this Mercure hotel. I would stay at the Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord again. Restaurant service was a bit slow, otherwise, my dinner was fine.

Nothing really apart from good parking outside Hotel Too expensive! €200 + a night with no breakfast. Room small and bed and pillows not comfypoor location and difficult to find even with Sat Nav

Well, it's nice hotel beyond expecting fair prices, clean, secure and most important the behavior what we saw from ftaff was super. I recommend all of friends and who reads that no any option to stay better if you are in Dusseldorf. only changing the bed sheets...

The hotel staff speaks german, english and french. There is a large choice for the Breakfast (large buffet). I didn't' really appreciate the restaurant : it's to design and the food doesn't reflect germany'way of cooking. But people who enjoyed french food will appreciate.

The transportation and location of the hotel is comvinient for the Messe in Dusseldorf. The staff is nice and professional. I would have preferred a free WI Fi connection for the room without additional payment.An airport shuttle would have improved the hotel's service in my mind.

Nice spacious room, very clean. Large choice at breakfast buffet. Good food and wines in the restaurant. Wifi connection is quite expensive (3 euro for one hour, and it expires directly after first use, instead of rather working with remaining time) - Tv channel selection: typical for Germany: too many German channels, and almost no international selection.

Hotel is very good, clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was perfect. There was no fridge in the room. When we booked the hotel, we booked it with the breakfast. But when we arrived, it was told that we dont have breakfast included. So we had to pay extras every morning.

De ontvangst in het restaurant en de service bedlinnen was verzorgd De kwaliteit van het badlinnen was povertjes in de kamer kon je je moeilijk bewegen geen plaats het gebrek aan een kast om de kleding in op te bergen en bestaande kasten had dan nog een muffe reuk voor twee personen veel te klein aan de receptie vonden ze onzen namen niet terug , we hadden niet geboekt zeiden ze

Отличный завтрак, хорошое расположение, если вы путешествуете на машине. Близость аэропорта. Не очень удобно добираться до центра города своим ходом. Вокруг нет ни магазинов ни ресторанчиков. Ресторан при отеле хороший, но дорогой.

Zimmereeinigung ist voll in die Hose gegangen. Aus 2 Bettzimmer wurde ein Singlezimmer gemacht. Im Bad fehlten dann alle Handtücher, Seife wurde entfernt nicht ausgetauscht. Das Bad roch nach starkem Reiniger - leider hilft dieser wenig wenn ein Lappen für alles reichen muss. Hatten nach der Reiniging fiese Haare an den Fliesen. Zimmer lieblos gereinigt und gewartet. Defekte in Dusche fallen spätestens beim putzen auf - nicht so hier.... Parkgebühren extrem hoch
