1) We were three guests but there were only two sets of towels. I requested three different staff members to bring another set of towels. I only could get the requested set of towels from the third staff member. 2) Horrible internet environment: (i) the room I stayed in is the furthest from the reception and the WiFi signal is the weakest; (ii) the LAN cable connection is not worlable at all in the room. 3) Why on such a calm day did I have to stay in the furthest room where there were lots of noises from the construction site next to the hotel?

Nothing stands out, Its rather bland and off the beaten track, The shuttle only runs at certain times and you have to pay for wireless. Both were advertised as being available and included in the price,

The staff was so kind.I Did travel to X-Cell center at Dusseldorf and the location of this hotel is perfect.I Used a car and the hotel manager gave free of charge the car parking near the enter to the hotel as I used my wheelchair.If I will need to come again to Dusseldorf,I will stay at this hotel.Thanks to All hotel staff.

vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie ,een super mooie kamer,en het ontbijt was zeker inorde en voldoende keuze,zeker een aanrader ,en voor herhaling vatbaar de parking onder het hotel vonden we wel duur

ホテルから近い距離に市電の駅がいくつかあるので便利（しかもかなり頻繁に来る）。街から一見遠い気がする- けど、市電を乗りなれれば１５分か２０分程度の距離なので、全く問題ないと思う。朝早い飛行機に乗らなけれ- ばならない旅程でしたが、６時でも市電が走っていたので問題なく出発できました。また郊外にあることもあり- 、大変夜は静かでした。部屋もやや広めで、快適でした。

Prima hotel, alles zag er als nieuw uit, minibar, kluisje, föhn, alles zeer compleet aanwezig. Ontbijt à 20 euro pp vonden we te duur derhalve in de stad ontbeten. Hoofdkussens waren veel te zacht. Hotel is een aanrader! De hoofdkussens waren zacht en vormeloos.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals fiel mir besonders positiv ins Auge. Zimmer und Bad sind geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet und vorbildlich gereinigt. Die Minibar fand ich zu teuer. Es gab nicht genug Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure (nur 1 kleine Flasche pro Tag).

空港へのシャトルバスは朝と夕方にそれぞれ４～５本程度で、１時間に１本しかありません。 駅前なので電車を使えばどこへでも便利に行けました。

Hat alles gepasst, waren zufrieden. Man muß wissen, dass das Parkhaus öffentlich ist und man für die Nacht bzw. Einen Tag 15,- eur bezahlen muß. Außerdem ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass die Straßenbahn / U-Bahn nur bis ca. 19.00 Uhr direkt zum Seestern fährt, will man später aus der Stadt zurückfahren muß man eine andere Linie nehmen (welche habe ich leider vergessen) Daher unbedingt vorher fragen, sonst muß man wie wir mit dem Taxi zurück fahren (was allerdings auch nur 15,- gekostet hat)

Der Saunabereich war nicht zugänglich (Renovierung) - hätte man auf der Homepage ankündigen müssen, denn das war ein Kriterium unserer Buchung! Nur ein Kopfkissen und eine Decke im Bett für zwei Personen ...

Rust en gastvrijheid voeren de boven toon. auto parkeer gebeuren in een lege parkeergarage in het weekenderg duur, buiten is geen mogenlijkheid.Een maal in en uit rijden wij doen alles met de taxi dus dubbel op kosten!Ook hadden we een kamer met alleen douche besteld de tweede kamer geen voorkeur gevolg beide kamers met bad.

Wir hatten das Fenster die Nacht über in Kippstellung . Während der ganzen Nacht lief ein Agregat/Klimagerät oder sonstiges ... das war alles andere als erholsam !!! Ausserdem kam Morgens um 9 Uhr 15 ein wildfremder Mann in unser Zimmer obwohl die Zimmertüren nur per Karte zu öffnen sind ?!?!?!?! Für 100 €/Nacht/standartzimmer sollte wohl auch ein kleines Frühstück drin sein ...
