The hotel was central to the old city. There was quite a lot of noise at night in the hotel which we could not identify. |

Easy to find, secure parking, trolley for luggage, very friendly reception staff, near to Old Town centre Breakfast rather expensive; we did not take it. |

It was an excellent experience At the begining it took us sometime to find the hotel entrance which was through the parking area and the reception was not of 4 stars hotel standard but I think this is because of the renewal work they were performing. |

Hotel is very central yet as we received a room at the back of the hotel it was quiet. Staff were friendly and always very helpful Parts of the hotel were currently being renovated which had not been mentioned on the website. Rooms could have been a bit bigger. I have also booked a double room and there were 2 single beds. Staff were helpful and pushed the 2 beds together. Parking for eur 11,- per day seems to be very expensive. |

Sehr ruhig, Frühstück entspannende Atmosphäre, Zweitkissen und Decken vorhanden, Minibar inkl. Zimmerpreis, Fenster Richtung ruhiger Lage Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, Unterm Fenster ist ein Gullideckel der Gestank zog bis hoch ins Fenster (fürchterlich), Krelles Flur - und Treppenhauslicht vom Gebäude nebenan blendete genau aufs Bett (Nachts) |

Die Lage in der Stadtmitte, die Parkmöglichkeit im Bereich des Hotels und das freundliche Personal. Ja. Zunächst wurde ich in ein Zimmer eingebucht, das eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer hatte, durch die man jedes Wort hören konnte, was dort gesprochen wurde. Da man dort auch meine Gespräche ebenso hören konnte, darf so etwas nicht sein. Allerdings ging man sofort auf meine Beschwerde ein und gab mir ein anderes Zimmer. |

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fand ich besonders angenehm. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und ansprechend ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet finde ich mit 17 Euro zu teuer. Der Internet-PC in der Lobby funktionierte nicht richtig. |
