Mercure Hotel Erfurt Altstadt    

a centrally located no nonsense hotel that is perfectly suitable for an overnight stopover, the breakfast is extra but well worth the price.

like other hotels of this chain it is lacking in atmosphere and not really cheap.

The room.

Very nice location next to the old city. Clean, comfortable and very good regional food.

It was very difficult to find. We drove around the city for some time. Too many one way streets and drove past it as it wasnt marked well.

Like most modern hotels the lighting was not optimal. Difficult to read in the low light. Bedside lights were good but books had to be held under the light as the shade meant that reading in bed was not possible

Location is excellent. You can walk just 1 minute to shopping and take a tram to many places or walk to other tourist destinations. The facilities in room is good. The Breakfast is excellent that various types of hot and cold.

Waht is the standard of housekeeping staffs to clean my room. Most is clease except tea cups and rubbish bin. I know it is very busy time but what is standard including staffs in restaurant.Although, they are very nice but one day, we went to have a breakfast. Most tables are unavailable and some staffs cleaned my table by set a new plate, new cutlery and new cup on a used tablemat. There are many bread leftovers and she just swept from it.

The location is perfect. It is very clean, comfort and nice hotel.

Excellent hotel. They gave me an inside room even though I was supposed to have an outside room according to my booking specifications.

Air conditioning would have been nice as it was very hot.

Excellent location that made it an easy walk into the Altstadt. Onsite parking was also a bonus. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Coffee making facilities in the room were appreciated. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and was enjoyed. The day was made complete with a visit to the spa room.

On leaving the staff were not very polite. My husband was taken aback by the rudeness of the staff on duty at the desk.

Lovely reception staff, we came back after an evening stroll with a bottle of wine & the receptionist immediately ordered an ice bucket which arrived immediately. We also wandered off for a last look at this delightful town after checking out & were assured that our car could remain in the secure carpark for as long as we liked. These touches make a hotel special

The weather turned warm & there was no air con, but the windows opened wide to let in the evening breeze.

Das Zimmer zu Straße war etwas laut früh morgens. Es gibt nur einen Fahrstuhl.

отель отлично расположен на площади ангер, между ж\д вокзалом и историческим центром. очень уютный номер с чайником, мини-баром и чайными- кофейными принадлежностями. вайфай хоть и платный, но стоит недорого - 3 евро за сутки.

на ресепшене отказались принять оплату за комнату вечером накануне, хотя наутро у нас был очень ранний выезд.

Die Parkgebühren sind viel zu hoch angesetzt.

Die Lage und das Zimmer, Wannenbad , waren sehr gut.

Zimmer zur Straße waren laut, Perspnal beim Frühstück nicht sehr entgegenkommend.

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, ansonsten kaum ein Unterschied zu anderen Hotels!

Ein Frühstück für den Preis von 17,00 Eur, was erst in der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt wurde!
