The free parking :-) Expensive charges for breakfast and internet. Not so expensive but it's very similar to prices of 5-starts hotels which is not fair I guess.

This is the third time that we have stayed at Arcadia. We find the location peaceful but central, the staff are very accommodating and pleasant. We plan to stay here next time when ever that will be.

Ik was voor zaken in Duitsland. Kwam laat aan, maar alles was punktlich geregeld. Ontbijt buffet is okay en door veel glas een leuk uitzicht op de rotonde (het was zonnig, dus er zaten ook mensen buiten). Bijtbetalen voor internet vind ik niet meer van deze tijd. (€ 15,- voor 24 uur is bijna net zoveel als wat ik thuis voor een hele maand betaal). Bovendien duurt het relatief lang voordat de receptie de benodigde passwords heeft uitgeprint. Doen ze in de us toch beter (is gewoon inclusief)

Ci è stata assegnata una singola invece di una doppia ma dopo aver semplicemente aggiunto una coperta ad un letto ad una piazza e mezza ci è stata addebitata come fosse doppia: la spiegazione è stata "era comunque una singola grande"; la struttura necessita di un restauro e maggior pulizia.

Lage des Hotels-kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt.Obwohl mitten an einer Hauptstrasse, Ruhe im Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett. Ich hatte ein Komfort-Einzelzimmer gebucht und hatte Doppelzimmer. Entspricht keinem 4-Sterne Hotel. Ich habe etliche Mängel in meinem Zimmer bemerkt, die ich der Hotelmitarbeiterin an der Rezeption schriftlich mitgeteilt habe. Bsp.: Fehlende Minibar im Zimmer, abgebrochene Halterung für Duschkopf über der Badewanne, Risse in der Schreibtischplatte (Verletzungsgefahr!), Teppichboden sehr abgenutzt bzw. Mit deutlich sichtbaren Spuren. Im Allgemeinen machte das Hotel, auch in den Fluren, einen sehr stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Von "Komfort"-Zimmer konnte nicht die Rede sein !!!

Ankunft erst nach 1 Uhr nachts und trotzdem sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, zentrale Lage, Komfort im Zimmer, gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis Mini-Bar nicht sauber- keine Beschwerde, sondern Feststellung!

Rezeptionistin am Abend war der Hammer, die Frau fällt sofort positiv "nicht nur optisch" auf. Der Service an der Bar war auch super, Danke! Lage ist ok. Ausreichend Parkplatz , Tiefgarage wäre mir aber lieber. Man sollte an der Bar bis 24.00 Uhr noch etwas kleines zum Essen bekommen.

größe des Zimmers günstige Angebot für 1 Nacht Parksituation Stadtnahe das Frühstück für 15,- € ist eindeutig zu viel. wir sind zu Fuß in die Stadt gegangen um dort zu Frühstücken Meine Tochter ist 14 Jahr und kann noch nicht wie ein Erwachsener Frühstücken. Außerdem hat sie den Zimmerpreis wie ein E. zahlen müßen

Ein sehr großes minus gibt es für die Ausstattung im Zimmer- wenn ich ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen buche, dann will ich auch das es für 2 Personen geeignet ist, und es nicht nur ein Bettkissen gibt und auch nur ein Handtuch- das geht einfach nicht!!!
