perfect place. perfect people. it's like 4 stars hotel, but without nice lobby.
no minibar in the room
the place is outside of town in a bit of industrial area , but ok for the money. They advertise internet but you have to pay for it .It's ok for the money you pay.
you had to pay for everything extra
The staff was amazing, the receptionist Jaqueline, i think she's a new recruit, was very knowledgeable and helpful even though i had a lot of issues to take care of, she was always ready to help .
the location of the hotel is a bit far from the metro station and since it was raining that didn't help
Staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. Very clean. Very confortable rooms and beds. Breakfast have lots of variety of food even if you are vegetarian.
You have to pay for wi-fi in a business hotel in 2014. If you have street view, traffic noise can be a problem if you don't have a very deep sleep but can be easly solved with ear plugs.
Room was large, comfortable and clean. Bathroom too inc. guest toiletries. Enjoyably warm throughout, although a bit airless. Breakfast buffet very good, and staff most helpful. Food quality very good too. Departure speedy and accurate with the billing.
The bed was tired and not good for anyone that needs a level of spine support. The mattress was soft through use - buy some new beds! One thin pillow each is jut not enough, and there were no extra ones to use if needed.
Location to the exhibition site Free parking Good shower, hot and powerful Nice staff made you feel welcome
AC in the room did not function, very hot nights, too noisy to have the window open. Limited choice from the restaurant for dinner
Close walk to fairgrounds. We were able to get in our room at 11:00 am. Super close to train.
No AC. No frig in room. No open restaurant or bar menu. Buffet was above average but opened too late. 400 euro way touch but needed to stay one more night and raddison blue was booked.
The location wasn't very good. Also it took us a half an our to pay at the end. The machine was broken for a maestro card so we had to go to an atm that wasn't nearby. The beds we're not comfy, one was very loud and squeeky, which kept us awake.
Close to the road in Hannover. Air con. Parking. Perfekt for stop over.
We were looking for a cheap accomodation for three gentlemen, and Arcadia was the cheapest one, though it was 81€ for three person. Free coffee to go for every guest, even for those who didn't pay for breakfast. Several restaurants within 10 mins walk. It takes 5 mins by car to get A2 to Berlin/Dortmund.
The hotel located near the Expo facilities which are as I understood located somewhere in suburban.
Big, bright and clean room.
Missed wake up call, outrageous prices only due to proximity to fair
Hotel is very close to exhibition center ground. and there are supermarket and good Chinese restaurant at near place.
There are no soap, no sleepers in the room.
Food. Location to Hannover Messe.
Language difficulties to arrive with ease. Location was not clearly visible. Nearest train station not advised properly on the phone or the internet.
Almost all, only internet was quite slow.
Staff were very in hospitable The tone was very bad, and they need some customer interaction trainings I felt I was indebted to them in some way thats the treatment i got. I think hotels have gone a long way from here and Arcadia is still stuck.
Room was spacious
Food was generally poor Very expensive during cebit week
Only location Staff were helpful but embarrassed by the poor quality standard of this hotel
Food dismal boring & inedible No tea maker - no safe box No hair products - only German TV stations -One can pay for 6 stations 2 sport/ 2 film/ 2 porno Thus no US nor UK news Stained Carpets were everywhere
Excellent location for Hannover Messe, just in front of West entrance 300m walk. On the way to Messe there is a McDonald's where you can eat your breakfast 3 times less expensive than in hotel. Behind a hotele there is a shopping center so in case you need some stuff you do not have to take your car.
It is not a location for enjoying city center. Too far away. Very basic hotel.
Close to exhibition centre
Awful staff. 400 euro a night. Terrible service. Charging for wifi per day which didn't work. Bad experience.
Spring time, when CeBit:)
Price for the internet
One helpful front desk attendant Denise. Otherwise the rest were fair to rude.
Room was too hot and not able to use air conditioning. Had to sleep with window open and the noise was loud. Internet did no work for most in the hotel and they would not waive the internet charges. They were very persistent about it and not very customer centric. There was a big technology show that week and prices wee way up for hotels. This one was criminal at almost 500.00 per night charges in at time if booking. Overall little or no value. Terrible. Take them off your list.
Closed to market
Worker's service mimd
Breakfast was really good and the staff around the area is really helpful and nice so at least in the morning they help to make your day. 3g coverage if you are on smartphone you won't be without the internet.
As soon as I entered the hotel smell of cigarettes was omnipresent. Worst on the corridors for 2 days of my stay. My room air conditioning was set to +30 degrees which literally made the room a sauna. Internet was so slow, that could possibly not be used and had to switch to 3G on my phone. Extremely far from the airport. Expect 60e for taxi (nothing to do with the hotel)
