Arcadia Hotel Hannover  

Nothing special. This is usual in all 3 start hotels in Germany.

Because all rooms were booked for the fair, I only found one very soft pillow and small quilt. When I asked for extra quilt and pillow they didn't have. Isn't the hotel making money? Is buying extra quilts and pillow will cost the hotel a million? I was shivering from the freezingly cold room for 2 nights. Their heating system was clumsy and not understandable. I only figured it out the last night with no guidance from the hotel.

Very close to "Messe".

Price for double room 419€/night ? without breakfest ? Only standard eq. Why? Except of closeness of tradefair I really do not know why they asked so much. We asked staff for booking of restaurant for evening dinner. Than we got address of Brauhouse in centre - came there with the taxi ..what surprise at entrance..any booking from hotel..any free table for us. Really good service!!

Close to Hannover Messe

I had to change room because in the first one, the carpet was so dirty that it smelled bad; Hopefully front desk staff has been able to give me a new room. When I made the booking on Internet, I asked for a quiet room, but I did not get one; the windows are not properly isolating from road noise. Internet access should be free. I do not have time to wait at the front desk to buy Internet access. Brochure from "The Cloud" on the internet access options is not clear at all and front desk staff cannot explain.

Is very close to the Hannover International Fair, When you go across the street, You will enter the exhibition, Train station with you a hundred steps away, Mac Donalds hundred steps away with you, All that is important for someone who wants to spend their time to visit the exhibition

Residents smoked around my room and I had to even sleep let the windows openو When I booked the roomو Had not told me I will be in the smoking area

Dicht bij het Messegelände in Hannover. Het ontbijt is fantastisch.

De dinermogelijkheden zijn heel erg beperkt.

Lors du séjour du 3/01 au 4/01 la composition du petit déjeuner. Il y avait moins de choix que lors du sejour du 7/01 au 8/01

Trotz Buchung eines Nichtraucherzimmers, welches mir in der Buchungsbestätigung zugesagt wurde, war nur nach langer Diskussion möglich, die Empfangsdame zu einem Einlenken zu bewegen.

Dicht bij de evenementenhallen. Gratis parkeren rond de hotel.

De elektronische deurslot werkte niet. Een medewerker moest de deur openen met een 'speciale trucje'. Op de volgende avond is het nog niet gerepareerd. De beloofde technische dienst is niet gekomen. Wij moesten drie keer een medewerker laten komen helpen. De airco maakt te veel lawaai.

Heizung nur über Klimaanlage (je nach Stufe recht laut), dadurch sehr trockene Luft, Bad ohne Grundheizung, ist nur über Zeitschaltuhr (max. 15min) und ohne Vorprogrammierung schaltbar, Boden im Bad ist daher je nach Außentemperatur sehr kalt, Fenster kann nachts kaum geöffnet bleiben da auf dem Parkplatz des Großmarktes ab 4Uhr LKWs rangieren

Chambre soigneusement amenagee et comfortable a souhait. Tres pratique pour se rendre sur une foire. Nous avions choisi l'Arcadia pour sa proximite et n'avons pas ete decu! Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, on s'est rendu au hall a pied tous les matins et soirs (10min de marche). Il y a un resto/grill chinois/mongolien tres sympa a l'arriere de l'hotel. Buffet a volonte a un prix raisonable. Juste ce qu'il faut pour satisfaire sa faim apres une longue et epuisante journee!

Aurais aime avoir acces a internet (quand on pense que meme Formule 1 offre aujourd'hui l'acces gratuit a internet a ses clients) et ...une bouilloire ou de quoi se preparer une boisson chaude.
