break fast is paid for and not as expected, the Airport shuttle was to be paid by the visitor. the distance from the Messe exhibition is not accurate as in the booking.com website. |

Het gratis parkeren bij een vlucht vanaf airport Düsseldorf is veilig en gratis. Een taxirit op welk tijdstip dan ook kost circa € 25,-. Dat is altijd nog goedkoper dan het parkeren op lang parkeren |

J'ai aimé : La qualité d'accueil, d'écoute et de réponse (=service) du personnel. J'ai aussi aimé la propreté et la qualité des équipements. Pourriez-vous, svp, alimenter le réfrigérateur (mini-bar) de chaque chambre ce que éviterait aux clients d'aller au bar de l'hotel alors qu'ils sont déjà installés dans leur chambre. |

Hotel limpio y agradable. Tve Internacional. No hay nada en los alrededores, sólo un McDonalds y empresas. La única forma de ir al aeropuerto es en taxi y sale unos 25€ |

Wie immer der gute Service. Die nette Dame an der Bar. Die Autobahnnähe. Hatten Nichtraucherzimmer bestellt und bestätigt bekommen. War aber dann nicht verfügbar. Als Kompensation besseres Zimmer erhalten. War ok. Dennoch - das sollte nicht passieren. |

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trotz sehr später Ankunft (21:30) wurde es ermöglicht, noch ein hervorragendes Abendessen zu bekommen. Das Fenster konnte infolge des Verkehrslärms nicht geöffnet werden; selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster störend. Zur anderen Seite hin soll - nach Auskunft der Mitreisenden - das Problem nicht bestanden haben. |

Skandalem jest oferowanie dostępu do internetu, po czym okazuje się, że ten dostęp to jeden terminal w holu, najczęściej zajęty. Dostęp dla własnego laptopa jest już płatny. Jest to naciąganie klienta. Na szczęście w wielu hotelach nie robi się takich oszustw. |
