I appreciated the help of the staff. They did not make me feel uncomfortable although I do not speak German. I felt all my needs and wants were met. |

probably the best hotel in Schweinfurt..Not much happening on the weekends as its focus is more on the business traveller/convention goer, but if you want a nice comfortable hotel with all modern conveniences then the Mercure is the best bet..Location is good too; on the river and a 5 minute walk to the main square.. breakfast is way too expensve at €16..there should be a continental breakfast option with fruit and rolls, etc for €5-8..Best bet is to head across the bridge to Cafe Bernstein's and have an excellent breakfast for €5-10. |

The location was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. No laundry facilities other than using the hotel service. |

The room was very clean and comfortable, tv, a/c worked great and the breakfast was nice. Hotel staff was courteous and professional No wireless, after the conversion to us dollars it was on the expensive side. |

Das Hotel verfügt über grosse, funktionale Zimmer. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind geräumig, hell und freundlich. Der Frühstückspreis ist definitiv zu hoch. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. |

Bei der Buchung mußte ich gleich meine Kreditkartennummer angeben. Obwohl ich drei verschiedene Namen angegeben habe (3EZ), wurde der Gesamtbetrag bei mir als Besteller abgebucht. |
