Obwohl das Hotel recht groß ist, hat es im Empfangs- und im Barbereich gemütliche Sitzgruppen und eine ebenso gemütliche Beleuchtung. Optimal und großartig ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Der Wellnessbereich lädt Kinder wie Erwachsene ein, sich zu erholen. Trotz Größe war es nicht überlaufen.

Großes Schwimmbad. Im Hotel wird preislich unterschieden zwischen Geschäftsreisenden und Feriengästen - absurd und eine Frechheit. Zudem liegen die Preise am Counter deutlich höher als sie auf Booking.COM ausgewiesen sind. Deshalb habe ich vor der Receptionistin via Handy mein Zimmer online zu den günstigeren Konditionen gebucht. Auch absurd, aber über 20 Euros gespart.

Fijn zwembad. Het hotel is tegenwoordig erg gericht op gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen. Daardoor was er in tegenstelling tot voorgaande jaren veel herrie in de lobby (overal speelgoed enz), en in het algemeen is het er drukker. Het personeel accepteert naar mijn mening teveel, en dat is voor rustzoekers niet fijn. De fitnessfaciliteiten zijn slecht onderhouden (eea is zelfs langere tijd defect) en er worden helaas ook geen sportieve (groeps)activiteiten meer georganiseerd. Kortom: het is niet meer wat wij ervan gewend waren.

La posizione veramente splendida e la camera famigliare grandissima e molto confortevole anche I miei bambini hanno apprezzato, la ricca colazione e la tranquillità del luogo. Le piscine anche con idromassaggio comprese nel prezzo.Ottima ed abbondante la colazione solo un pò cara 15 Euro a persona I bambini la metà. La scarsa o nulla conoscenza della lingua Inglese da parte di quasi tutto lo staff dell'albergo. Le palazzine esterne avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione al più presto così come le aree esterne comuni.

Familienfreundlichkeit, Einrichtungen für Kinder, Nähe zum Nationalpark, Schwimmbad. Es wäre besser, wenn die Preise auch das Frühstück beinhaltten würden. Ich habe erst nach der Buchung bemerkt, dass das Frühstück noch extra berechnet wird und zwar meiner Meinung nach zu teuer (15,00 € pro Person und Tag !).

Frühstücksbuffet zwar gut, aber als Extraleistung mit 15,- € zu teuer und auch leicht irreführend, da es für ein solches Haus ungewöhnlich ist, daß der Preis pro Übernachtung ohne Frühstück ausgewiesen ist.

Grosses Hallenbad, sehr gutes und üppiges Frühstücksbuffet, grosszügige Zimmer mit schönem Bad Die Freundlichkeit einzelner Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Zum Frühstück mehr Auswahl an Kaffeearten, z.B. Cappuccino, wäre passend zum tollen Frühstücksbuffet.

Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Schoener Ausblick ueber die Stadt Grafenau. Es war relativ ruhig waehrend unserem Aufenthalt, trotz der vielen Kinder. Im Bad ist waehrend unserer Abwesenheit die Beleuchtungsabdeckung von der Decke gefallen... Zusaetzliche Kosten von 15 Euro pro Person fuer Fruehstueck sind zu hoch. Ausstattung relativ alt (wir schaetzen 70er Jahre, da rosa Fliesen im Bad).
