Gerd Mature couple worth, Germany April 19, 2012	Wie Schade, dass dieses eigentlich wunderbare Hotel so runtergekommen ist. Hier fühlten wir uns nicht gut aufgehoben. Der Reparaturstau des Hotels ist erheblich.Die Armatur in der Dusche im Schwimbad ist defekt und man hat sie beim betätigen gleich in der Hand.Die Scheibe im Dampfbad ist eingeschmissen.Die Zimmertuer sieht ganz schlimm aus und muss repariert werden. Die Räume sind sehr dunkel und man fühlt sich in die Zeit der 70 her Jahre zurückversetzt. Das Hotel macht einen toten Eindruck. Hier müsste viel mehr Löss sein, damit die anfallenden Handwerkerrechnungen auch bezahlt werden können. Der Preis fuer das Zimmer ist zu hoch fuer die Leistung die erbracht wird. Dieses Haus hat seine Zeit gehabt. Wir waren sehr enttaeuscht und werden nicht wieder kommen. Dieses Hotel iisist eine Katastrofe. L'area benessere potrebbe essere migliorata: ad esempio, la saletta del bagno turco si presenta un po' dimessa, senza acqua corrente per sciacquare le panchette (in plastica). Anton Mature couple Inning am Holz, Germany February 7, 2012	Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der grosse Wellnessbereich hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut sortiert. Das Restaurant hatte eine kleine, aber sehr abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Wir haben vorzügliches Essen vom freundlichen Kellner bekommen. Wir werden im Frühjahr / Sommer wiederkommen. Diesmal zum Biken. Grafenau hat einiges an Radwegen zu bieten. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sollte demnächst renoviert werden. Michael Solo traveler Zürich, Switzerland October 1, 2011	Großes Schwimmbad. Im Hotel wird preislich unterschieden zwischen Geschäftsreisenden und Feriengästen - absurd und eine Frechheit. Zudem liegen die Preise am Counter deutlich höher als sie auf Booking.COM ausgewiesen sind. Le piscine anche con idromassaggio comprese nel prezzo.Ottima ed abbondante la colazione solo un pò cara 15 Euro a persona I bambini la metà. La scarsa o nulla conoscenza della lingua Inglese da parte di quasi tutto lo staff dell'albergo. Optimal und großartig ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Der Wellnessbereich lädt Kinder wie Erwachsene ein, sich zu erholen. Anonymous Family with older children Netherlands August 22, 2011	Fijn zwembad. Het hotel is tegenwoordig erg gericht op gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen. Daardoor was er in tegenstelling tot voorgaande jaren veel herrie in de lobby (overal speelgoed enz), en in het algemeen is het er drukker. Het personeel accepteert naar mijn mening teveel, en dat is voor rustzoekers niet fijn. De fitnessfaciliteiten zijn slecht onderhouden (eea is zelfs langere tijd defect) en er worden helaas ook geen sportieve (groeps)activiteiten meer georganiseerd. Es wäre besser, wenn die Preise auch das Frühstück beinhaltten würden.
