The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. It was useful to have PC connected to the web and a printer. The entire hotel is very dated. The breakfast, parking and Internet charges are all too expensive. |

The hotel has a party room or club within the facilities! On a Saturday night, they play very loud music until 4.30am and it's impossible to sleep. It is unbelievable to lack of care for their guests. |

We picked this hotel to meet up with friends. We booked 5 rooms and enjoyed breakfast together before exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. We requested a baby cot in 2 of the rooms and they were there waiting for us when we arrived. |

Wirelles Internet was very expensive. Mainly in Hotels across Europe is Wi-fi Internet free for guests certainty. |

We loved the location because we used the train. The staff, room, service, food was all excellent. The only thing we would have asked for was 1 english language TV channel (maybe CNN or BBC). We were very pleased with our stay at the Mercure Atrium and will stay there again in the future. as above, 1 english language TV station would have been great. |

Close to the train station. The main restaurant was closed on Sunday night but the Bar was open and the food was excellent |

sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Stadthalle Braunschweig Frühstück etwas zu teuer, sollte preiswerter sein oder im Preis inbegriffen, der Fön im Bad war defekt, der Roomservice wollte bereits um 8.30 Uhr das Zimmer reinigen |

急遽ブラウンシュバイクに泊まることになったので、スコアが高かったこのホテルを予約したが部屋が全然よく- なくてがっかりだった。駅前にあるが、中心地までは歩いて２０分くらい。 部屋に入ったとき消毒のニオイがしていたが、夜窓をしめたら部屋中下水の臭いで不快だった。絨毯もシミだら- けでなぜこんなホテルの評判がいいのかと理解できなかった。セキュリティーボックスもなし。 |
