Big space, lots of room

The lift was a little slow

The hotel is located very close to the shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was nice and large and clean. Very good value for the money.

The shower stall was very small I almost got scalded when my arm hit the faucet. The safe is mounted very low, I had to get down on my knees everytime I wanted to open it. Lastly, there were only two English speaking channels on the TV BBC news and CNN. Not very entertaining is it!

The room was clean and enogh space. Facilities are all good and simple for business use.

when 4 people stay in a suite for 4 people one expects to get more than 2 coffees. The carpet in the hall was wet (from cleaning we hope).

Good location and a nice big room with balcony

We made a reservation that included breakfast. But when we wanted to eat in the morning the hotel staff said we had to pay 18 euros! We had no confirmation bill that said that we already paid. The staff and even the manager didn't do a thing to help us and let us pay for everything. Manager was very angry because we wanted to proof we had paid. And they really should practice their English.

Good location for Alexanderplatz (5 mins walk) and tram service (50m), good size room with ample facilities, clean and tidy and a very good free wi-fi service

No aircon so on a warm evening you need the windows open and the noise from trams and traffic is very loud.

The only issue we had was the road in front of the hotel was closed for construction. The room was great, the staff was great, we would stay there again. It is well situated to see many great sites.

The room was big enough and beds comfortable.

The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly and the hotel was not located as I thought it would be. THe pictures on the internet do not give the correct idea on the location and outside appearance. There is a thick stench inside the building.

All of the staff were very helpful. We spoke little or no German and they made every effort to converse with us in English

I stayed in this hotel and thought it was excellent.Lovely breakfast,although at 18 Euros abit costly.The staff was all very friendly and helpful.I Loved the room very much,the rooms are spacous,comfy beds (two single beds put together) tea/coffee in the room,and best of all free WiFi. Had a desk,kitchen units,although nothing to cook/eat with.Table,chair and big wardrobe with safe. Bathroom was a nice size,and a good powerful shower. All rooms had balconies,although I was over looking the main street so very noisey,so used earplugs. Reception was bright and welcoming,and loved the breakast room,although sadly no bar/resturant at night in this hotel. Well recommended and even a chemist and bank is right next door. Resturants about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the hotel. Area felt safe. All in all very pleased.

On the negatives...No bar/resturant for evening meals in this hotel. Fire escape at night was not lit so quite dark I had to use a small travel touch. If overlooking the main road,the noise from the traffic can be a pain,need to pack earplugs. Lastly can get hot in the room,no air-con,and noise outside to loud to leave a window open.

The Hotel is really well located for AlexanderPlatz and all the places I like in the local area. We had a great introduction to the hotel as the lady on the reception desk was so helpful and cheerful and enthusiastic. Our hotel room was ready ahead of time which was great. The rooms were really big and the shower was awesome!!!

We paid a little bit extra for a larger room and were delighted with the 'suite' of rooms we were given. The accomodation was very spacious and comfortable. The area around the hotel consisted of soviet type high rise blocks of flats but we felt safe enough walking about here. We had a ten minute walk to the main Alexanderplatz station where the main sight seeing places can be accessed via the underground system. I would use this hotel again as it was very good value for money. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as it was eighteen euros per person. Lots of cafes around the Alexanderplatz and in the station itself sell lovely breakfasts from around four to ten euros.

Petit déjeuner varié, personnel efficace et discret. Emplacement pratique. Suite idéale pour séjour en famille.

Emplacement un peu bruyant (grande rue passante et tramway) mais largement supportable et très pratique.

Früstück ist sehr Teuer, Leider wir haben kein Früstück an Hotel gemacht.!! und die Personal bei der Information muss am Erste Tag mehr zeit für Kunde unternehmen.

standard pokoju niestety odbiega od współczesnych wymagań( późny Honeker), ale generalnie hotel oceniam pozytywnie

Tylko śniadanie zasługuje na pochwałę ale przy tej cenie za noc absolutnie niewystarczająca rekompensata.

To jakaś pomyłka. Wnętrza przypominają późnego Honekera. Olbrzymi pokój po którym można się gonić bo jest tak ubogi wyposażony. Gdyby nie napis Mercure to nie ma pewniści że to Mercure. Pomalowany socjalizm a przy tym horendalnie drogi 160 eur!!!

Sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Ausgesprochen reichhaltiges Frühstück.
