Αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο ήταν το πόσο αναπευτικό κρεβάτι ειχε! Ξεκούραση.. Λίγο την υποδοχή. |

το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο, το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή θέση, κοντά στο κέντρο και η πρόσβαση σε αυτό είναι πολύ εύκολη. το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. θα ήθελα να υπάρχει εντοσ του δωματίου ψυγείο και χρηματοκιβώτιο. όταν κλείσαμε το δωμάτιο νόμιζα ότι υπήρχαν, όπως έγραφε και η ιστοσελίδα σας , πλην όμως ψυγείο και χρηματοκιβώτιο υπήρχαν στη ρεσεψιον, οπότε δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν καθόλου για πρακτικούς λόγους. επίσης το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν μικρό, οπότε δεν θα το συνιστούσα για πολυήμερη διαμονή. |

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου Είχα πυρετό (39,5) και δεν ειχαν ενα θερμομετρο στο φαρμακείο τους και αναγκάστηκε η συντροφος μου να βρει φαρμακειο που να διανυκτερευει για να πάρω θερμομετρο και αντιπυρετικο την παραμονη της πρωτοχρονιάς. |

As expected of a top rated hotel, all facilities and staff were excellent. I failed to read the booking form correctly for breakfast rates. At 17 Euros (£15 UK pounds), I would never have booked the breakfast for that amount as I believe that was totally excessive. |

clean rooms, very good location, we practically visited all the points of interest in berlin on foot. in the hotel service brochure, they say you can ask for slippers at the reception desk, but when we did, they told us they didn't have any (and her attitude wasn't the best either). the pillows they offer are way to flat, it was like not having a pillow at all. they also advertise extra blankets and pillows in their closet, but mine was empty. breakfast is overpriced @ EUR17 so we just went out to the closest coffee shop. I had a few hotel vouchers I wanted to use, but on check-out day they didn't accept them, even though on the phone they said I could. |

The room was clean and in a peaceful location within the hotel. The staff at reception were very helpful and spoke very good English. The free access to the internet in reception was helpful. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage for the whole day when we were due to leave the city late on our last night. It would be beneficial to have a fridge in the room. |

the incredible kindness, professionalism and warmth of the personnell with whom I interacted the restaurant, where I had dinner, was good and the service excellent, but it was empty and this was sad |

The hotel was easy to find and very close (50m) to a U-bahn station and the Haufbanhof (Berlin main station). The staff were very friendly and the restaurant had a good menu with good food. Extremely high cost for using the internet from in the rooms - around 19 euro an hour! There was one computer terminal in the foyer with free internet. |

The location is excellent, the staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms were spottless clean and the breakfast - amazing. Great hotel, could'nt ask for anything better. pricy internet service. |

It was excellent....I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel, room (apart from a loose door handle (room 142) ) was clean and tidy and the hotel is in a good location. I thought it was excellent value for money. Staff were helpful and courteous. I thought the cost of the breakfast at 17 euros was very, very expensive (you can get a good breakfast for a third of the price just around the corner) |
