Staff was excellent!!!

It is an okay hotel, nothing special

It is very expensive for what you get: value for money low. The extremely high rates do not even include breakfast, nor access to the internet, which has to be bought in addition for ridiculous prices. Really only suitable for business, the boss paying for it.

It is located in thje heart of the City. Very near to Hbf. At the same time, it is not noisy at all.

Berlin being international city, there could have been more choice in TV channels in english language.

Overall, our two week stay in this hotel was very pleasant. Every morning we were greeted by an excellent breakfast server Michalina. Her warm joyful smile and excellent attitude had made us feel like home. Breakfast was excellent and had featured warm meals as well as many sweets. Hotel is located in an excellent spot. The standard room was spacious. Cleaning was very good.

Wi-fi is very expensive. 9 euros a day and cannot be transfered from one device to another. Our tv was periodically turning itself on at 4am. Shower door does not reach the floor so your bathroom will have a big puddle of water everytime someone takes a shower.

The room is clean, spacious and modern. There is a hairdryer, an air conditioner, a plasma TV, a safe in the room. Also there is an electric kettle, tea bags, an instant coffee in the room. Rooms are well soundproofed in the hotel. Conversations and steps outside the door can not be heard. So you can have a good sleep. A good staff. The hotel staff presented me day free WiFi on Easter Sunday. Breakfast buffet have a great selection of cold dishes (cheeses, even Brie cheese, cold meats, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, pastries) and a small selection of hot dishes (sausages, an omelet). There is a juicer, and you can make your own fresh orange juice. The hotel is located close to the metro station Naturkundemuseum. Also you can walk on foot, it takes 20-30 minutes to get to street Unter den Linden. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in Berlin.

There is not a fridge in the room. There is not free WiFi in the room. WiFi is expensive and, moreover, slow, and a connection is often lost.

No Free wifi at à 4 Star Hotel - bad!

The room was clean and silent. Location was good , near metro station.

The room was very small, no place for suitcase and there were no fridge in the room.

The staff were very kind, warm and helpful. The location is close to the tube station. The breakfast was very good. I would certainly recommend it If someone travels for business or people without child.

this is a very good business hotel but not good enough for family. rooms are small and there is no free WIFI internet not even in the lobby.

2 min away from a U-Bahn station really easy to find and easily reachable from the airport (it took us 30min to arrive) The staff was really friendly and the hotel is spotless Great breakfast with lots of choice (and I agree with one of the comments about the breakfast lady, she really make you feel welcomed!)

Room cleaning varied a lot, which was a minus to an otherwise perfect stay.

Good Location, Clean, friendly staff

The Hotel was in a nice area and the staff were really helpful. The room was nice although the tv doesn't have the option of movies and only has news channels in english which is bad if you want to chill in the room for an hour or so. Everything was very clean and all of Berlin's sights were easily accessible by tube. Not somewhere to go if you are trying to wow, but a safe bet that is definitely above average.

There were a few occasions when the staff were very slow to come to the reception which I thought was disappointing. Afraid to say that sometimes 4* service wasn't delivered front of house and we were left feeling like a nuisance. $19 euro for breakfast is pretty ridiculous also considering the most you would pay of the high street is 8-9 Euro.

It was convenient to Berlin Central station which we arrived by. It was also not far (by taxi) to Tegel Airport which we went next day. Hotel was inexpensive compared to others reviewed.

Can't think of anything to fault this hotel. It was good for a one night stay.

Excellent staff on reception were really helpful with all queries we had and happy to book restaurants, trips etc. Computers in reception were handy too. Rooms and surroundings were always well cleaned and bar at reception is nice.

At this stage I would expect WiFi for free in hotels. It was disappointing to have to pay given the rooms arent exactly cheap as it is. Pillows were also almost useless they were so flat.

Location: close to subways, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc. The price is very good.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Location would have been great but underground is under construction so slightly less convenient. Handy to get to TEgel.
