THE LOCATION of the hotel is strategic
Cockroaches in the bathroom No wifi at all Unprofessional staff (they don't know their city...)
Simple, clean, nice WC, great view over Schoneberg.
The heating was noisy in my room, it sounded like water constantly running. It didn't bother me much, but I can imagine it won't be to everyone's taste. This was rather unfortunate.
Location Staff Did early breakfast for marathon
No facilities but knew that
In booking price 89 euro in hotel pay 99 euro
great view to the street
Worn out, thin towels
Very close to the gay area in a quiet location. Short walk from the u-ban and main shopping area. Would stay here again.
Our room was clean and the isolation was apparently good, because we didn't hear anything from our neighbours.
Seemed to be a hotel, or at least our room had no air condition, so we had to sleep with the window open.
Restaurant does not have enough capacity for guests at breakfast, and quite often ran out of items that should have been available
Good location, close to ubahn, shops
Little things like, bigger fridge with freezer, no power point for jug.
Excellent location near the Nollendorfplatz metro station and close to supermarkets and shopping area, friendly and helpful staff, private parking, very comfortable beds.
The shelves in the room were covered with dust so you could write on it with your finger. Insufficient space for storing clothes. A very small room with old furniture (except very comfortable new mattress!).
- The staff is very helpful and nice. - The location is very good for people who wants to stay in Schöneberg (for example gay people) - Clean.
- Wi-Fi is terrible! - The services are very expensive (breakfist, drinks, laundry service,...) - Location : far from "De Mitte", the Center.
location as I wanted to be in the area where gay bars and rest are located,
If you wantmiddle range hotel comfort and best place for shopping Berlin, that will be the best choice.
Excellent staff, comfortable rooms and very well located for our needs. The 24 hour reception was very handy as we could leave the keys in and collect them on our return. Key code safe was also handy so we didn't have to carry a safe key.
Tea/coffee was not replenished each day
efficient quick service, good location, quiet neighbourhood
hard beds, hot rooms without a/c
Location is good. the stuff is helpful and very polite.
No bath or shower basin in the room. poor WI-FI connection. poor facilities.
Excellent hotel very well refurbished good location and excellent staff.
Early check in, and/or late check out possible witch was very good. Info about the extra charge for this would be good.
We stayed in room 2007 and the wifi was disconnected every 2-5minutes. With laptop it hardly didn´t work at all unless bringing the computer in to the bathroom.
Very friendly staff. Ready to help and to give any assistance. Very Central location.
People smoking in other rooms although this is a non smoking hotel. Noise in the morning when housekeeping move the beds to clean.
we liked the situation of the hotel, it was nearly at the center.
Very clean, comfortable, excellent and friendly staff.
Wifi connection is appalling, truly horrendous. Not convenient to have to leave keys at reception, perhaps better if they had electronic key or allow guests to keep their keys with them when they go out. Why do they lock the front door at night ? guests should have the freedom to come and go as they please regardless of time of day or night without the door being locked.
Rooms way to small for the price no AC
