Brilliant location across from the train station, great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy.

A little noisy with thin walls...great if you like listening to your next door neighbors shagging at all hours.

Lack of ceiling light makes anything away from the wall lights really difficult to see.

internet should be included in the room. my room did not have reception so I could not even connect to the internet. there needs to be more terminals at reception for free use. only one terminal is not enough for a hotel this size.

I arrived late at night and the staff were very professional and helped me settle into the hotel.

Temperamental shower and it said free wifi at the booking stage but this transpired to be only on the lobby, this was one of the reasons I chose the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The hotel facilities were quite adequate, no luxuries included. The room fitted two adults and three children quite well (a baby, a 4-year old and a 6-year old). The beds were very comfortable.

great and very very helpful staff. Staff who is willing to answer any questions and help as possible. In the hotel, it felt like home. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. I had room in 7 floor and two balconies. View of the Bremen train station and the city was fantastic. I use this hotel again and again.

i was checking out and had the free bottle of water from the room with me. i was stopped because only the water content of the bottle is for free and not the bottle deposit (pfand) which, I believe should not be more than €0.25! i think this is unbelievable and really cheap behavior!!!

No working wifi connection most of the time for our Apple Ipad and Ipod. Said to be an Apple problem??? No Refund by the hotel since this is a separate supplier. No warning at the reception desk for this problem!

very average hotel, there are better choices.

The Front desk people were plain rude. Very Noisy. The hotel personnel had a party which lasted well into the night. You have to Pay for the Internet . Beware of the map it was few hotels listed around the train station it turned out all of them where in the same building
