Großes Zimmer, sauberes grosses Bad. Extreme Hitze im Zimmer, veraltetes Fernsehgerät mit geringer Programmeauswahl, 16 € für das Frühstück mussten bezahlt werden, obwohl nicht gebucht & der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Für den Preis von 16,00 € unterirdisch schlechtes und vor allem auch noch schlecht unterhaltenes und recht übersichtliches Frühstücksbuffet. Das war nicht mal ein Gesellenstück. Verschlissenes Mobiliar mit erheblichen Gebrauchsspuren im Zimmer. Zu diesen Konditionen ist das eine Zumutung. Das konnte auch die Freundlichkeit und das Bemühen der Angestellten nicht ausgleichen.Schade.

Ein wenig enttäuscht waren wir darüber,dass es beim Frühstücksbuffet kein glutenfreies Brot gab,obwohl es bei der Buchung angegeben und beim einschecken bestätigt wurde. Darauf angesprochen gab`s ohne Diskusion einen Preisnachlass, was wir als positiv empfanden.

Jag gillade det vackra läget med utsikt över park och äng från det vackra hotellrummet samt tystnaden. Hotellet låg vid en genomfartsled men präglades inte av det. Det var personligt även om det klassas som affärshotell. Närheten och kollektivtrafiken till hela närområdet fungerade också utmärkt när jag behövde det.

Für eine echte Bewertungsgrundlage sind zwei Nächte zu wenig. Ich würde aber sagen, dass ich auf jeden Fall noch einmal ( auch länger ) im Arcadia übernachten würde.

eine Übernachtung in Erkrath. Zimmer sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet- sehr empfehlenswert, ohne Frühstück gebucht, gute Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Freundlicher Service.
