Facilities are not standard of 4 star hotel. Most of the time front Elevators are out of order and to go back side elevators long walk.I Will not recommend any of my friends for this hotel.

Horrible internet service. I really do not understand why in Germany you have to pay for internet. This seems really strange compared to other counties where internet is free. In addition to the really expensive price for internet, the signal strength for wireless is even worse. Half of the time I am connected and half of the time disconnected. As a business traveler, I need good internet, and this is probably why I wont be staying at the Arcadia next year when I will be in town again. Also considering the rooms were quite pricey, why wasn't the breakfast included in the price? To pay an additional 16 euros for breakfast seems unfair, considering, you do not get anything for free

不错的酒店，飞机到的早，通过沟通上午十点就让我们住上酒店，早歺很好，周围环境是典型的乡村风格，很静！- 推开窗户就可以看到不远处的农场，奶牛在慢慢的吃草，小溪在静静的溜淌,喜欢这种中国没有的风景，只是展会其间价格偏贵...

Ein wenig enttäuscht waren wir darüber,dass es beim Frühstücksbuffet kein glutenfreies Brot gab,obwohl es bei der Buchung angegeben und beim einschecken bestätigt wurde. Darauf angesprochen gab`s ohne Diskusion einen Preisnachlass, was wir als positiv empfanden.

eine Übernachtung in Erkrath. Zimmer sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet- sehr empfehlenswert, ohne Frühstück gebucht, gute Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Freundlicher Service.

Für eine echte Bewertungsgrundlage sind zwei Nächte zu wenig. Ich würde aber sagen, dass ich auf jeden Fall noch einmal ( auch länger ) im Arcadia übernachten würde.

Jag gillade det vackra läget med utsikt över park och äng från det vackra hotellrummet samt tystnaden. Hotellet låg vid en genomfartsled men präglades inte av det. Det var personligt även om det klassas som affärshotell. Närheten och kollektivtrafiken till hela närområdet fungerade också utmärkt när jag behövde det.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Allerdings gibt es keine Klimaanlage und das Zimmer im 4. Stock war jetzt im Frühjahr bereits unerträglich warm. Fenster aufzulassen ist aufgrund der lauten Strassengeräusche nicht gut möglich. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ist es defintiv zu warm.
