The hotel restaurant was open late on christmas eve and it was the nicest hotel we stayed in our whole trip. The bed was the most comfortable and they had an airport shuttle. |

I liked the size of the rooms, the Gym and pool. The staff was helpful, although some members were not so friendly. The most annoying thing was that the internet access was not for free. |

Good transportation to the airport & quiet. Quite reasonably priced rooms. But dinner and breakfast prices at their restaraunt was outrageous (our package did not include breakfast). So took the shuttle bus to the airport (30 minute turnaround) and brought back dinner and breakfast. The latter was put into the refrigerator for the next morning, so all worked out well. |

It is very practical for my purpose. I was returning home from a business trip, with an early morning flight from Frankfurt. So being able to stay so close to the airport was a plus point. I also appreciate the shuttle service to/from the airport. Meals are rather expensive. |

Having read the reviews I had a few reservations however as it was close to the airport and my meeting location I went ahead. Emailed hotel asking to confirm shuttle bus pickup point. I was promptly responded to and the bus timetable was attached. Bus was on time and it was a 10 minute journey to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel was efficient and professional. I've seen comments that the lift is slow... it is average it wasn't an issue. Room was clean and quiet, the bed comfortable and again contrary to some other reviews I'd read there was shampoo / body wash in the bathroom. Breakfast while €17 was fine with check-out again very professional. The restaurant menu having some plain simple options would be good as people using the hotel may be looking for something quick and easy. Didn't get a chance to use the WiFi and didn't check the prices, in an ideal world internet should be free but charging for it is common across mainland Europe. |

The restaurant was quite good, waiting staff were friendly and food was of a good quality. The hotel is described as a 4 star, if this is the case it is by far the worst 4 star i have stayed in. The "fitness" area is a small room with only cardio machines. The swimming pool was quite small but more importantly very cold. I could not get an iron and board for my room, I had to go to the top level to a small communal room that housed a dirty iron and a disgustingly dirty ironing board. This is not the standard for a 4 star hotel. There was no pay per view movie channels. The shower was a disaster, the shower head holder could not hold the head. Similar hotels give free wifi, it cost 8.00 here. I will not be returning. |

I arrived late and departed on the first airport shuttle - so all I needed was a comfortable bed and a shower and I received both. Wireless internet connection was not free. |

Very quiet (double door) even though the room was right at the elevator. Very clean, staff was helpful. Free Airport shuttle service is very convenient, though the driver seemed obviously 'over it' and was not helping with luggage at all. Internet access for one day was way too expensive, location is very much cut off from everything else (industrial area). Also, I am not a big fan of plastic tubs - otherwise nice design. Turned out to be not such a great value overall - stayed downtown for much less and with free internet! |

Convenient to take friends from Airport. The staff asked me to join A club and said this stay would be counted. But I could not see the record in my account. I made reservation for two single beds (smoking room), but they gave one queen bed. Later, they changed but non-smoking room. |

Clean and comfortable. Swimming pool 1 lift for a hotel of this size ! Don't plan on getting to your room quickly. |

The location is nice, green area, one can walk into the fields is one so wishes. Yet the hotel is only 10 minutes by shuttle from the Frankfurt Airport. The personnel is very helpful. |

The hotel is clean, friendly and very conveniently located to the airport. I definitely woud stay here again when transitting through Frankfurt. Compared with other hotels I've stayed with in Gemany, the breakfasts here are very expensive. |

Close to the airport No info about shuttle when arriving at T2. You have to go to T1 all to the end. A sign with info would be much appreciated or an extra stop. |

The staff are well presented and extremely courteous having a good command of english language. The room was good, comfortable and clean and the restaurant and menu was good food and value. I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to others and will, should the need arise, be using this hotel again. |

shuttle bus is helpful to and from airport, it takes 10 minutes if got complaint re internet connection, nobody come to see, only ask to call internet provider |
