Good transportation to the airport & quiet.

Quite reasonably priced rooms. But dinner and breakfast prices at their restaraunt was outrageous (our package did not include breakfast). So took the shuttle bus to the airport (30 minute turnaround) and brought back dinner and breakfast. The latter was put into the refrigerator for the next morning, so all worked out well.

Restaurant food is better than in most airport hotels. Surprising.

Internet too slow for business applications via vpn.

The restaurant was quite good, waiting staff were friendly and food was of a good quality.

The hotel is described as a 4 star, if this is the case it is by far the worst 4 star i have stayed in. The "fitness" area is a small room with only cardio machines. The swimming pool was quite small but more importantly very cold. I could not get an iron and board for my room, I had to go to the top level to a small communal room that housed a dirty iron and a disgustingly dirty ironing board. This is not the standard for a 4 star hotel. There was no pay per view movie channels. The shower was a disaster, the shower head holder could not hold the head. Similar hotels give free wifi, it cost 8.00 here. I will not be returning.

Very quiet (double door) even though the room was right at the elevator. Very clean, staff was helpful. Free Airport shuttle service is very convenient, though the driver seemed obviously 'over it' and was not helping with luggage at all.

Internet access for one day was way too expensive, location is very much cut off from everything else (industrial area). Also, I am not a big fan of plastic tubs - otherwise nice design. Turned out to be not such a great value overall - stayed downtown for much less and with free internet!

The bar and food was excellent.

It is out in the boonies, and not other place to go, we like to "circle" other bars, etc

Cost of breakfast, pillows too soft

The hotel is clean, friendly and very conveniently located to the airport. I definitely woud stay here again when transitting through Frankfurt.

Compared with other hotels I've stayed with in Gemany, the breakfasts here are very expensive.

The staff are well presented and extremely courteous having a good command of english language. The room was good, comfortable and clean and the restaurant and menu was good food and value. I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to others and will, should the need arise, be using this hotel again.

relatively convenient location

not many shuttle buses (2 per hour) means a long wait to get to the hotel. the evening staff was unfriendly and snooty. the hotel really is quite expensive for what it offers. minimal comfort for a high price.
