The workers are very kind, and try to solve all your problems. The rooms are very comfortable. The internet conection is really expensive, and the wireless is not avaible in all the hotel. |

shuttle to airport, location mini fridge was broken, fan didn't work so room was exceedingly warm but windows did open so that helped a little. |

Close proximity to airport and underground. Airport shuttle. Close to local market. Direct underground link to Hamburg city center with no train changes required. I expect free Internet access from a 3 or 4 star hotel. |

the room is very comfortable to use. has towel, and the things i need. nice room. hotel staff are very helpful and patient, i like them alot. also the shuttle bus is free, it is more than my expectation, good service. just the internet can't be use in my room...have to be in 1st floor |

Quiet location, clean and comfortable room, very good restaurant, transportation to airport. Helpful employees. Aircondition did not work, we had unusual hot weather during our stay. |

Lage, U-Bahn 500 m entfernt, nette Lobby. Nur der Straße abgewandte Zimmer buchen. Zimmer war zur Straße und genau über Eingang, daher hohe Geräuschkulisse. Bei Öffnen des Fensters viel zu laut. Der Lüfter im Bad hat laut gerattert (defekt) und blieb teilweise stehen. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage den Fehler innerhalb von 4 Nächten zu beheben. |

Trotz der Angabe im Internet, dass Frühstück zu unterschiedlichen Preisen angeboten wird, gibt es nur ein Frühstück zu 17€. Toilettenbrille locker. |

Close and convinient to the airport - good parking facilities and very nice staff. I always use this hotel when I have an early flight out of Hamburg. It would be nice with the possibility for something to eat before 6:00 in the morning (could be kind of early breakfast with limited choice) |

Удобное расположение - 1.5 км от аэропорта, тихий, уютный, чистый отель. Дружелюбный персонал, качественная уборка номера. Рядом станция метро - 20 минут до центра Гамбурга. Завтрак за 17 Euro с человека... это печально, но рядом есть милые и уютные ресторанчики где на 12-15 Euro можно позавтракать вдвоём! |

Die Nähe zum Flughafen, sehr zwangloser Umgang, gutes Restaurant, angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten für den PKW Wenig Schallisolierung zu den Fluren, sehr hohe Parkgebühren im Haus und kein Tresor im Zimmer |
