The location is excellent- close to the airport but very quiet and green. The rooms are very pleasant and clean and I had a nice view out of the window. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle can take you to the airport and there is a subway there or within walking distance from the hotel. Absolutely positive experience!

Everything was just fantastic about the hotel. I will be back to stay again.

Hotel location and facilities

Support from the staff when their guest was in trouble was very poor. Some stolen my laptop bag with all my travel documents and wallet, hotel didn't even bother support me in anyways. I was totally disappointed with their behaviour, I will not go there again.

Internet in the room was only possible if you paid an extra 10 euro per 24 hour,also breakfast was 15.50 extra which was a bit much for tea and toast

Good underground access. Very clean and well designed. Staff very good and food was excellent. Airport shuttle is very efficient and convenient.

Excellent staff, and offers free shuttle to the airport. Just make sure you book early as its a mini bus that seats only8. 5 - 7 min from the U1 subway. Makes sense if you have to catch an early flight the following morning.

Very close to the airport, nice rooms, very nice staff, all in all just a very nice place to spend the night before leaving to the airport.. The location is very nice in relation to the airport, but of you are looking for a place to stay while visiting hamburg city this is not the place.. Very cheap hotel restaurant with decent food..

Parking was a bit on the pricey side, but not much..

Typical airport hotel. We had dinner in the resturant which was of a high standard and not too expensive. We took the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport which worked well for us. We came from central Hamburg on the underground, its only a short distance but as we had heavy suitcases we took a taxi, it was only about 3.50e.

Airport hotels wherever you are and whatever chain and whatever star rating are always in transit. Ok for one night but you wouldn't spend a week there.

We liked the design of the rooms, especially the window in the bathroom. And the bar was cosy with friendly staff.

I would have liked a mini bar!

The only thing I did not happy was I told them I would pay by cash, they said ok, but still charged my credit card half the room price. I think they should not have such mistake as a 4 star hotel.
