Cleanliness Internet price very expensive. Should look at other alternatives. Mercure hotel in itzehoe 11 euro for 3 days |

Breakfast was a disgrace, limited choice, no fresh fruit and the bacon and sausages had been burnt or reheated till they were black cost €17. I have used this hotel regularly over the last 8 years but never again!!! |

The hotel has a good location close to airport and shopping centers. My room (#301) was very loud. The windows did not seem to keep the traffic noise outside. Sauna was in very poor condition; it needs quickly refurbising! |

This is good hotel for a reasonable price that is only 5-6 minutes away from the airport. There is private parking available but there was parking available on the street. The resturaunt was better than I expected. Our dinner was very good. One minor issue. Our guide book highly recommended the resturaunt Poletto. So when we checked in, I ask one of the staff if she could get me the address. After doing some checking, she said there was no listing and that maybe it had close. After eating at the hotel resturaunt and going back to our room, I noticed a phone book in the drawer and found the listing on my own. FYI it's about 10 minutes away. |

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel shuttle was also very convienient. There was a subway station a short walk from the hotel which made it very easy to get into the city centre. It would have been nice if each room had its own safe for valuables, therefore guest would not have to go to the reception everytime they need to retreive something from the safe. |

Very friendly and helpful staff! There was coffee and tea in the lobby, very early in the morning before I left with the shuttle bus to the airport. That was great, since it was too early for breakfast. |

The workers are very kind, and try to solve all your problems. The rooms are very comfortable. The internet conection is really expensive, and the wireless is not avaible in all the hotel. |

shuttle to airport, location mini fridge was broken, fan didn't work so room was exceedingly warm but windows did open so that helped a little. |

Close proximity to airport and underground. Airport shuttle. Close to local market. Direct underground link to Hamburg city center with no train changes required. I expect free Internet access from a 3 or 4 star hotel. |

the room is very comfortable to use. has towel, and the things i need. nice room. hotel staff are very helpful and patient, i like them alot. also the shuttle bus is free, it is more than my expectation, good service. just the internet can't be use in my room...have to be in 1st floor |

Очень красивый холл отеля со стеклянными галлереями. Вкусный завтрак. Свой автобус. Мы жили две ночи между перелетами, нас и встретили и отвезли. В аэропорту на стойке информации телефонный аппарат с которого можно в отель позвонить, даже их номер в память внесен, записывать самим никуда не надо. До центра города на метро 30 минут, но тут ничего не поделаешь...издержка близости к аэропорту. Интернет бесплатный только в холле. |

Ausgezeichnete Lage in allernächster Nähe am Flughafen; wirkt aber dennoch etwas abgeschieden und hat eine ruhige, entspannende Atmosphäre. Kein störender Fluglärm. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. |

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Vorstellung. Der Duschschauch war dekt. Hohe Parkgebühr. Preis / Leistung Frühstück stimmte nicht. |

Angenehmes Zimmer und für HH verhältnisse erträglicher Preis. Zimmergröße ist in Ordnung. Gesamteindruck ist gut. Frühstück wurde mit zusätlich 17.-Euroangeboten,dies wirkt erheblich überzogen. Fahrtzeit HH HBF ~30 Minuten. die angeblichen 4 Sterne wirkend etwas wohlwollend vergeben, es sind ehr gute & saubere 3. |
