Just behind the hotel is the river Rhein, ice for a stroll.... Why do they call it "Airport Hotel"? There is no airport close by. The carpet is worn out, light bulbs are missing, tv only partly working, Internet costs you a fortune.

Price was good also the distance between it and the airport only costed me 13 Euros as it is 10 minutes away from the airport. It's surroundings. There is nothing do there. It's only good if you are staying for a day before your flight

Real soap in the bathroom and not the liquid one, as in manz hotels. Good breakfast. Hotel not so far away from the center, you ca ngo there just with help of U-bahn. Expensive breakfast and very expensive Internet-access. Wi-Fi should be free.

Dicht bij de luchthaven. Mooie kamer. 24u-service aan de balie. Perfect wat we nodig hadden. Parkeergelegenheden in de buurt. Geen ontbijtpakketten voor als je een vroege vlucht hebt.

Hotel gebruikt voor weekend kerstshoppen in Keulen. Met de auto zit je in een ruim kwartier in keulen. Hotel is prima om te overnachten, en na het, overigens erg dure maar goede ontbijt weer te gaan shoppen. OV zeer dichtbij hotel.

schoon, ruim, goede prijs/kwaliteit Is wat ver weg van het centrum, maar voor 2,60 pak je lijn 7 en zit je binnen 20 minuutjes op de Heumarkt.

Rien du tout Tout..et plus particulièrement la réceptionniste désagréable, hautaine, qui a d'abord fait preuve de non professionalisme et ensuite de non coopération suite à une mésaventure "parking"...Elle a fini quand même par nous aider....un peu... Heureusement, la police de Cologne, elle, est beaucoup plus sympathique....un grand merci à eux de s'être démené comme ils l'ont fait pour que nous puissions récupérer notre voiture...ils ont été exceptionnellement gentils... Au niveau du confort du lit...mais au secours, mon côté à moi était complètement affaissé...je ne suis pas difficiile pourtant pour ça car pas de problème de dos par rapport à mon compagnon qui lui en a, mais là franchement, j'aurais dormi par terre que je pense que ça aurait plus confortable... Vraiment déçue de cet hôtel.. Autant le Mercure à Calais est super, exceptionnellement beau, belle chambre, très confortable, accueil souriant, que là...c'est tout l'inverse...On n'y retournera plus jamais. En tout cas, tant qu'ils ne changent pas de literie, ne prenez jamais la chambre 707..un bon conseil...

Hotel ligt in een buitenwijk en heeft nauwelijks faciliteiten. gewoon een prettig goed verzorgd hotel voor een of enkele overnachtingen. goede bedden, schone kamer, parkeer gelegenheid. alle basics zijn aanwezig.
