Arcadia Hotel Limburg  

The location is great.

One staff for the entire hotel plus bar = slow service at check-in. He was very nice, but is just overworked.

Breakfasts were very good, the staff were extremely pleasant & helpful and all spoke English. Good central location for all town facilities, if a bit noisy from traffic.

Poor storage facilities in the room e.g. shelves and drawers, especially if visiting more than a couple of days. Understaffed at breakfast when coach parties were in.

Easy access by road and close to old town with its narrow street and timbered buildings

poor pillows and mattresses, need to buy new ones.

Family room is two large rooms connected, plenty of space. Breakfast is delicous.

Old TV-sets, few international channels. Wifi-connection kept dropping out. Matrasses were saggy, too soft.

Was given a smoking room so I smelt like an ashtray, could not change

Excellent for stop-over on way to/from Alps. Nice clean rooms, next to city centre and close to motorway exit.

Ideal position, close to the moterway. lovely old town nearby with plenty of places to eat. Nice big rooms but ask for a roo at the rear as the road is very busy and noisy. Great buffet breakfast.

Convenient stopover on journey through Germany, short distance to motorway. Short walk to centre and the old city, plenty of secure underground parking.

Booked double bed, got twin beds.

A nice and comfortable stay. We had a good night sleep. We like to come back next year on our way to our holiday address

There was nobody at the reception when we left. We waited for a long time and then left our key.

Convenient for motorway, easy to find, lovely staff, good value with secure parking.

The room was spacious, very clean and excellent value. The staff were very helpful and all seemed to speak English which was a great help to us as our German is minimal.

It is not exactly a dislike but we would have liked the hotel to have had a restaurant, after travelling from Hungary we did not feel like going anywhere else to eat.

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Good sized rooms and quiet in spite of a party in the main room. Really good value and nice location. Easy parking considering it's so close to the fabulous old city.

The hotel is situated near a big and noisy road. Our room was at the back of the building, so we didn't have any problems but most likely the rooms at the fronts would have noise issues.

We used the hotel as an overnight stopover on our journey back to the ferry. It was adequate for this purpose but I would not like to stay for any extended period. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The ease of access from the motorway was also a plus point.

No air-conditioning. A previous occupant had been smoking in the room. We could not change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. Perhaps ashtrays should be taken out of the rooms to discourage smoking.

Every thing was perfect.

My self and my adult Daughter stayed with you for 2 nights, we found it very clean, comfortable and convient, the staff were lovely, there is nothing that we didnt like about the hotel or Limburg

Had to pay for wifi and could only buy in 24 hour bulk lots, we were only staying for 10 hours! Free wifi would have been a bonus.

An incredibly friendly and wellcoming staff. Our son has celiac disease and they brougght us special cereal and meat and tried to accomodate us in every single way (also for our baby). Very freindly hotel.
