professional stuff both at reception and restaurant, quiet functional and clean room in quiet area, close to tram, free internet in the lobby

the curtains let the sunlight in - this was the only negative.

Everything was great! The hotel is located in a great place to center and i would definitely suggest it to everybody!

Reception area open 24/7, staff quite helpful, bar staff really friendly. The rooms are quiet and the location is excellent to discover the city!

No wi fi. The Internet charge is too expensive. Attention! Glass bathroom door is transparent. If you are with a lady is ok, if you are with a men.....

Clean hotel room with a good shower. The members of the hotel staff were nice and helpful. The location is quite convenient too.

We did not try their breakfast buffet due to its price, but nearby there are some nice bakeries where one can have a hearty breakfast.

Everything was fine, thank you! We were fond of the morning breakfasts, and also of wonderfull day-soups. Very talented cuisine! And also: good location, spacious rooms, comfortable furniture.

Glass (transparent) doors in the bathroom. Very strange idea of the hotel designer. Was he an ekzibitsionist?:)

Polite and courteous staff

Breakfast was very expensive at euros 16 per head. Wi-fi should be free - it's simply too expensive.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Good Location: quiet district, nice staff. Hotel have a parking.

It was very clean and the staff very unimpossing, helpful and friendly. A very profession image throughout.

Garden area is uninspiring and not relaxing. No spa facilities to unwind and little lounging furniture.

We arrived at 10 in the morining after 30 hours of travelling and wanted to leave our bags there as we were heading to the F1 race. The staff were lovely and checked us in early on our arrival which was unexpected but absolutely fabulous. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I missed a minibar in my room - had to store my insuline which I never give away - a little fridge ist normal to hotelrooms in our days - the same for lock-up safe - I liked the hotel in general but I will have to choose another place next time for these missing objects - hope, you can get it better in future, thanks Inge Dalma from Vienna/Austria breakfast excellent but should be included

Las piezas y los baños con muy cómodas. Tienen hervidor y café.

Debería tener wifi gratis en el establecimiento. Lamentablemente al hacer el check out me cobraron 40 euros mas de lo que estaba estipulado, y no tuve tiempo de reclamar ya que tenia que tomar el tren urgente. La persona que nos atendió no tenia la culpa pero nos dijo que por haber hecho el check out tan temprano (1:30am) no estaba en el sistema y por eso se demoro mucho y el precio no calzo. No entiendo si ya son mas de 00:00 hrs porque no esta actualizado el sistema para el check out? Eso nos hizo perder mucho tiempo y llevarnos un disgusto por el aumento del precio.

Mycket bra frukost och fräscha rum

Personalen var okunnig om vår bokning och krävde extra betalt vid frukost för mina två pojkar. Fick dessutom betala 17 Euro för frukost till min äldsta pojke på 13 år till trots att det inte framgick vid bokningen.

Das durchaus nette Personal, bei Ankunft und beim Auschecken, schon deshalb würde ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen! Überhaupt stimmt hier alles und man fühlt sich als Gast wohl! Danke dem Team des Hotels!
