the rooms were big enough, comfortable and clean. the bathroom was news, even though the shower tube had a tiny leack.but nothing to woory about. The stuff was welcoming, friendly and on-hand with answers to requests. The breakfast buffet displays a wide range of food, variations and frsh juices. It is actually more of a brunch. We chose the hotel as a staring point for a concert in the SAP Arena. The hotel is ideally located within walking distances to the center with its shoping facilities and restaurants, and the road stations . |

This was our second stay at a well run hotel in a central position that is perfect for both sightseers and those who have business in the city area. On both occasions we have been troubled by overheating of the hotel in quite mild weather. It seems silly, and wasteful, to have to use the room air conditioner to counter the central heating, which we have found particularly overpowering in hallways. Breakfast is expensive at 15E when you cannot put it on the office expense account. Better to eat out. |

Very close to city centre but 30 minutes walk from station. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with helpful staff. |

The staff were friendly, the room modern and very clean and the prices for room service were reasonable. There was a glass door to the bathroom which was a bit strange, and the double bed was actually twin beds pushed together, with separate duvets. |

The hotel itself is very modern and extremlly clean. It is also very close to the shopping district which is good. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. The only slight down side is that the hotel bar is slightly overpriced. |

Rooms were excellent and the facilities all worked In this age of the Internet I expect the internet to be available and free because it has become an essential part of life. I thought the Internet charge to be excessive and the only disappointing aspect of the hotel. |

Unkomplizierter freundlicher Service, schnelle Bearbeitung an der Rezeption, günstige Preise bei zeitiger Buchung. Ausser für Frühstücksbuffet günstige kleine Mahlzeiten, Tiefgarage im Hotelgebäude, Fussgängerzone und Sehenswertes gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet etwas hoch. Sicher gibt es dafür eine grosse Auswahl, die aber nicht jeder nutzen möchte. |

Die Angestellten vom Hotel Mercure sind ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit perfekt. Ich würde es jederzeit jemanden, der kurz in Mannheim übernachten will weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten das Glück einen enorm günstigen Wochenendpreis (€49,00 für`s doppelzimmer für eine Nacht) zu ergattern. Leider wirkt das Hotel optisch etwas unpersönlich, was aber durch den freundlichen Service wett gemacht wird. |

Do facto de ser central Entri no Domingo à noite e não limparam o quarto na 2ª feira. Quando cheguei, por volta das 23.00 liguei para a recepção e perguntei o porquê, ao que não me souberam explicar (eu havia deixado o quarto às 11.30 e não havia nenhum "do not disturb" na porta, pelo que não entendo. |
