Location is very convenient but not the best place in Munich, excellent value for money for early non refundable booking. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast (till 12.00!!!) , modern decoration. Highly recommended.

3pm for check in is too late! The management should improve that.Also free internet access (WiFi) would be helpful in the hotel.

Hotel in beaautully dedcorated, clean, good stuff in reception. Very good breakfast.

Huge minus to the restaurant - we were the only customers in restaurant and waited for the food for over an hour and still potatios were raw. So hotel good do not go to the restaurant. Second time on a road the same experience.

the smell of the restaurant bakery in the morning inside hotel room was unpleasant. (room on 1st floor, window closed. Smell comes up the stairs)

Room was lovely and spacious, big bathroom, close to train station.

Aircon not working properly

I came from the States for Oktoberfest and the location was perfect - centrally located, get to everything in 10 minutes.

Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and well-appointed, with nice layout. Location was great for access to the train station, city center, and Oktoberfest.

The bed was overly soft, the split boxspring could be felt through the mattress. The airconditioner in the room was ineffective and very noisy (fan rubbed against the vent).

Rooms were very nice - large with plenty of amenities (small refrigerator, satallite flat screen tv, large bathroom, etc). Probably the nicest room of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. Hotel is quite secure - need room key card to operate elevators.

Location is very near the train station, so some of the surrounding streets are a little sketchy/rough (adult video stores, gambling casinos,etc). However we did not have any issues - just need to be aware of your surroundings.

The hotel was convenient for accessing all city attractions. After a day of travel the restaurant would be highly recommended.

Very comfortable bed and a quiet room, and excellent minibar and bathroom facilities. The reduction on the booking price made this excellent value for money for this standard of accommodation. The location close to the Hauptbahnhof made it very convenient for us, and also means that you are close to a wide variety of cheaper breakfast options if preferred. I'll definitely consider this hotel for the next time I'm in Munich.

This is a solid 4-star hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and modern. There was no bathtub, which didn't bother me in the least because the shower was much bigger because of it. The hotel is right downtown if you don't mind walking 10+ blocks to the city center. I much prefer taking a couple taxi's each day rather than paying 3 times the price to stay a few blocks closer. I would recommend this hotel to others.
