Hotel in beaautully dedcorated, clean, good stuff in reception. Very good breakfast. Huge minus to the restaurant - we were the only customers in restaurant and waited for the food for over an hour and still potatios were raw. So hotel good do not go to the restaurant. Second time on a road the same experience. |

Good service. Pleasant room, well equipped, big enough. the smell of the restaurant bakery in the morning inside hotel room was unpleasant. (room on 1st floor, window closed. Smell comes up the stairs) |

The location is closed to central traini station. The staff was helpful with service-minded. The room was clean. I got the room with sky-roof. The bed is on second floor inside the room which is not convenient. Noisy surrounding even in the night time. Breakfast is very expensive.. |

I came from the States for Oktoberfest and the location was perfect - centrally located, get to everything in 10 minutes. |

the decor of the rooms... I was a woman..alone with three suticases..struggling to get into the elevator and not one person at the front desk (all were watching the spectical) offered to help me...so I had to leave them all sitting by the doors and take one bag up at a time. Also the parking is confusing and when asked for help the front desk dismissed me with..."not our problem ..we do not operate the parking structure"...then I ask, "why did you instruct me to park there?" |

Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and well-appointed, with nice layout. Location was great for access to the train station, city center, and Oktoberfest. The bed was overly soft, the split boxspring could be felt through the mattress. The airconditioner in the room was ineffective and very noisy (fan rubbed against the vent). |

Rooms were very nice - large with plenty of amenities (small refrigerator, satallite flat screen tv, large bathroom, etc). Probably the nicest room of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. Hotel is quite secure - need room key card to operate elevators. Location is very near the train station, so some of the surrounding streets are a little sketchy/rough (adult video stores, gambling casinos,etc). However we did not have any issues - just need to be aware of your surroundings. |

This is a a very nice hotel with very large comfortable rooms. It is within walking distance of the very city centre (10 minutes max. to Marienplatz). The area is close to the main train station and as always in big cities, these areas are not the best ones! Nevertheless, we felt quite safe. The breakfast is very expensive and it is advisable to eat out in the various cafes in the centre as it is a lot cheaper! |

Very comfortable bed and a quiet room, and excellent minibar and bathroom facilities. The reduction on the booking price made this excellent value for money for this standard of accommodation. The location close to the Hauptbahnhof made it very convenient for us, and also means that you are close to a wide variety of cheaper breakfast options if preferred. I'll definitely consider this hotel for the next time I'm in Munich. |

This is a solid 4-star hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and modern. There was no bathtub, which didn't bother me in the least because the shower was much bigger because of it. The hotel is right downtown if you don't mind walking 10+ blocks to the city center. I much prefer taking a couple taxi's each day rather than paying 3 times the price to stay a few blocks closer. I would recommend this hotel to others. |

Great room, very clean, very stylish, great value, very close to train station, friendly staff. Some people might not like the neighborhood, but there are always lots of people out and I felt safe. Also, we were only given one pillow and duvet even though we booked a double room. When we asked for a second pillow we were given something that looked like a throw pillow. |

The staff of this hotel are most friendly and obliging. Great breakfast - fit for a king!! Allow plenty of time to enjoy. Room was very comfortable, and the use of the computer and printer in the business centre was very convenient. |

Excellent buffet breakfest. Much much more than I expected in this price class in a big European city or in Finnish hotels. The location next to the main railway station is very good and the street is not that bad. It's normal small side street with ethnic stores and various hotels. Of some previous comments I was expecting some drug users or hookers on the street but there were no such problems. € 199 for a couple for 2 nights incl. breakfest is really worth of money on Finnish hotel standards and in my experience eg. in London, Paris or Rome. The breakfest room is small and thus might be crowded but it's not an issue if you can decide the time you enter. |
