This hotel was great value for money, and the best breakfast I have ever had on holiday, worth staying just for the breakfast. Only one computer for internet. Kids always on it looking at facebook for goodness sakes. |

Location perfect right next to munich central train station and 5 minutes from main shopping area room had a Free mini bar , staff very friendly . got our room earlier than advertised check in time ,good size standard room , free internet in the lobby advertised check in time 3pm very late but did not affect us as they gave us our room early |

I liked the spacious room and the excellent breakfast. Also, the location was very well chosen, since there were only a 5 minutes walk to Stachus and 1 minute to the Central Railway Station. |

I liked the comfort of the room,the hotle staff,it's proximity to the center of the city,the central train station and the U-bahn. The area isn't the most beautiful, although it's safe. |

Hotel in very good location,couple min walk from train station and 10min from main shopping street.Quite,safe area,as whole Munich. almost each time i left my room my key-card didnt work.Needed activated it again and again. |

The very central location near to train station. It was easy to wheel our suitcases to the hotel. Being a 10minute walk to the city centre was so convenient. Bedroom was to hot. Only realised the next day in the daylight that you could open the window. lifts were small, 2 people and their luggage were a tight fit.. |

The location was great, the rooms were beautiful and breakfast was excellent. The area around the hotel is not the best, but we did not have any problems walking to different restaurants and the trains. |

A superb hotel and great value for money. Great location, really comfortable rooms and good shower/bathrooms. Superb location and one of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had and guess what? A free minibar (Ok a bottle of beer, a 7up, water and a packet of nuts), but free. Where else have you seen this in any hotel? Nothing it is perfect |

Mercure Munchen City Center constitutes an excellent choice for those who wish to visit the city of Munich. It is very close to the historic center of the city and next to the city train station. The breakfast was unique. Free wireless internet would be an additional asset for the hotel. |

Location, spacious rooms, fair price We have reserved and paid room 2 months in advance and asked for the room for disabled people. We we have arrived in the evening, the room was given to somebody else and we were moved to another room which was dirty and not cleaned. We had to change clean sheets and towels by our selves, because the cleaning lady was not in the hotel?! Tomorrow we were given our room, clean. |

Location is very convenient but not the best place in Munich, excellent value for money for early non refundable booking. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast (till 12.00!!!) , modern decoration. Highly recommended. 3pm for check in is too late! The management should improve that.Also free internet access (WiFi) would be helpful in the hotel. |

Hotel in beaautully dedcorated, clean, good stuff in reception. Very good breakfast. Huge minus to the restaurant - we were the only customers in restaurant and waited for the food for over an hour and still potatios were raw. So hotel good do not go to the restaurant. Second time on a road the same experience. |

Good service. Pleasant room, well equipped, big enough. the smell of the restaurant bakery in the morning inside hotel room was unpleasant. (room on 1st floor, window closed. Smell comes up the stairs) |

The location is closed to central traini station. The staff was helpful with service-minded. The room was clean. I got the room with sky-roof. The bed is on second floor inside the room which is not convenient. Noisy surrounding even in the night time. Breakfast is very expensive.. |
