Perfectamente situado a 3minutos de la Cetral Station y a menos de 10 de Marienplatz. Hbitación muy comoda. Una pena la decoración casi lugubre y el ambiente en la calle en que está situado. No recomendable a ciertas horas. |

La ubicacion , aunque el barrio muy bullicioso por la noche y no da seguridad por el tipo de gente que se ve. Todos los que estan en recepcion, no se puede ser mas antipaticos, he estado en otras ciudades de Alemania en Hoteles NH y menuda diferencia de trato , jamas volvere a un Mercure ni lo recomendare. |

Location is very convenient but not the best place in Munich, excellent value for money for early non refundable booking. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast (till 12.00!!!) , modern decoration. Highly recommended. 3pm for check in is too late! The management should improve that.Also free internet access (WiFi) would be helpful in the hotel. |

Hotel in beaautully dedcorated, clean, good stuff in reception. Very good breakfast. Huge minus to the restaurant - we were the only customers in restaurant and waited for the food for over an hour and still potatios were raw. So hotel good do not go to the restaurant. Second time on a road the same experience. |

Good service. Pleasant room, well equipped, big enough. the smell of the restaurant bakery in the morning inside hotel room was unpleasant. (room on 1st floor, window closed. Smell comes up the stairs) |

The location is closed to central traini station. The staff was helpful with service-minded. The room was clean. I got the room with sky-roof. The bed is on second floor inside the room which is not convenient. Noisy surrounding even in the night time. Breakfast is very expensive.. |

the decor of the rooms... I was a woman..alone with three suticases..struggling to get into the elevator and not one person at the front desk (all were watching the spectical) offered to help me...so I had to leave them all sitting by the doors and take one bag up at a time. Also the parking is confusing and when asked for help the front desk dismissed me with..."not our problem ..we do not operate the parking structure"...then I ask, "why did you instruct me to park there?" |

Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and well-appointed, with nice layout. Location was great for access to the train station, city center, and Oktoberfest. The bed was overly soft, the split boxspring could be felt through the mattress. The airconditioner in the room was ineffective and very noisy (fan rubbed against the vent). |

Rooms were very nice - large with plenty of amenities (small refrigerator, satallite flat screen tv, large bathroom, etc). Probably the nicest room of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. Hotel is quite secure - need room key card to operate elevators. Location is very near the train station, so some of the surrounding streets are a little sketchy/rough (adult video stores, gambling casinos,etc). However we did not have any issues - just need to be aware of your surroundings. |

This is a a very nice hotel with very large comfortable rooms. It is within walking distance of the very city centre (10 minutes max. to Marienplatz). The area is close to the main train station and as always in big cities, these areas are not the best ones! Nevertheless, we felt quite safe. The breakfast is very expensive and it is advisable to eat out in the various cafes in the centre as it is a lot cheaper! |

Very comfortable bed and a quiet room, and excellent minibar and bathroom facilities. The reduction on the booking price made this excellent value for money for this standard of accommodation. The location close to the Hauptbahnhof made it very convenient for us, and also means that you are close to a wide variety of cheaper breakfast options if preferred. I'll definitely consider this hotel for the next time I'm in Munich. |
