Henkilökunta oli erityisen ystävällistä ja palvelu halukkaita. Huoneessa oli pölyä, joka aiheutti aivastusta ja nenän tukkoisuutta. WC:n siisteys ei ollut hotellin muuta tasoa vastaavaa. |

The Hotel was very central to the rail station and the town centre and the Oktoberfest were both easily accessible. For the price of the hotel it was disappointing that a bottle of water wasn't left in the room each day and breakfast was pricey at 17 euro. |

Restaurant, nice room. We came during Oktoberfest and the Agricultural Fair weekend, and so it was a very expensive room for one night, and the price did not include breakfast (was our only hotel in Europe that did not give us breakfast in the room price). |

Good as a city hotel. Convenient location. When I asked something to a staff in english, she answered "Sure!". Then she said to her colleague "I don't understand them at all" in german. I believe she didn't mean something bad, but some people would feel uncomfortable listening that. |

The TV in our room was not functioning!! We reported this 3x to the front desk but it seems there is no one responsible for anything in this hotel. Besides there was no available room for us when we checked in. Though our reservation was confirmed!!. |

Excellent position near railway station suited us. Price we managed to get on the internet was very very good. Foyer a little small. Some ofour group had no tea and coffee making facilities. |

Large rooms, great staff great presentation all together in this hotel. Well worth it and close to the train station and city centre. |
