The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We lived in Krefeld from 1989 to 1993 and we visited your hotel during that period. The purpose of our short stay was to revisit the town where we as a family were so happy. We were not disappointed, Krefeld is still a very nice town.

The Brasserie restaurant All of it. 1967 poorly refurbished. Endless wait for checking out. Getting 3 times a wrong ticket for The parking. The elevator which takes Ages and that you cannot all to go down to The parking

Staff pleasant. We stayed in a newly refurbished room with good air conditioning. Breakfast was good, if a little expensive - there was an excellent selection of food.

Man hat uns morgens in der Lobby kostenlos eine Tasse Kaffee serviert. Es gab in einem Doppelzimmer, mit Kingsize Bett nur einen Kopfkissen und eine Decke. Danch wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Beide Zimmer waren sehr klein und eng. Im zweiten Doppelzimmer gab es nur drei Handtücherm, statt der üblichen zwei je Person. Der Preis für das Frühstück von 18,- Euro je Person ist überhöht.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in der Rezeption, dankeschön. Super Frühstück, auch hier war das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ein sehr angenehmes und sauberes Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels mit der Nähe zur Innenstadt und der guten Anbindung der Straßenbahn. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiter im Restaurantbereich war bemerkenswert.Ein fehlendes Brillenputztuch während des Frühstücks wurde sogleich bemerkt und in kürzester Zeit von einem sehr kompetenten und ausgeglichenem jungen Mitarbeiter besorgt.Sehr lobenswert.

Die Rezeptionistin am Check-In war sehr freundlich, sympathisch und zuvorkommend! Die Zahlungsmodalitäten und das Beziehen des Zimmers gingen schnell und verständlich, aber vorallem reibungslos über die Bühne!

Het is een leuk superschoon en vriendelijk hotel. Zeker aan te bevelen. Wij vonden alleen restaurant en bar erg duur. 26 euro voor 2 wijntjes en 2 biertjes. Maar daarentegen was de barman erg vriendelijk en spraakzaam gezellig. Zoals gezegd de prijzen van de bar en reataurant. Wij waren met 2 overnachtingen ruim 450 euro kwijt veel geld
