In time & quick Service, 1-Must provide Wifi internet free of cost,2-TV channels must be on customers selection, (Tuning availability),3-comod Shower for Muslims visitor in bath room.4-Makkah direction to offer prayers for Muslims along with 1 prayer mat in room.

The hotel as overall is very good, it is very clean, the room size is perfect, the furniture is nice, heating was excellent in a -17 degree outside. The breakfast in the restaurant was great. Few things only made uncomfortable; The location, the pillow and the duvet (although changed after request) the WiFi is not available for free even in the Lobby !!

The best that I thing is that it was a very good hotel, very confortable and modern. One good raison was also to be very near to the fair. I will recommend your hotel at my buyers. Next fair I will try to stay at the same hotel.

Ottimo albergo per qualita'-prezzo.Abbiamo dormito in una bellissima camera grande e molto confortevole.Il centro della citta' dista a 2,0 Km circa.Per raggiungere le vie piu' importanti e dello shopping,quindi, ci siamo serviti della metro che e' ubicata proprio nelle vicinanze dell'albergo.(50 Metri) Se dovessi un giorno ritornare a Francoforte sicuramente questo albergo sarebbe la mia prima scelta.

apenas a localização. perto da messe. É lamentável que numa reserva feita e paga com cerca de dois meses de antecedencia, aconteça que ao chegar ao hotel não houvesse quarto disponível, sendo remetidos nesse dia para um outro hotel, passando no dia seguinte para o mercure, o que nos causou um grande transtorno.

snelle bediening, schoon netjes pas bij inchecken bekend kamer in het 3de gebouw zondagochtend ontbijtbuffet erg druk, erg krap bij boeken geen mogelijkheid tot kiezen niet roken, ben er vanuit gegaan dat alles niet roken zou zijn. Er was wel gerookt op de kamer en er stonden asbakken.
