The hotel as overall is very good, it is very clean, the room size is perfect, the furniture is nice, heating was excellent in a -17 degree outside. The breakfast in the restaurant was great. Few things only made uncomfortable; The location, the pillow and the duvet (although changed after request) the WiFi is not available for free even in the Lobby !!

كل الطاقم كان ممتازا ويقابل كل الرواد بالابتسامة الحلوة .واي طلب يتم تلبيته بكل محبة .سريعين التجاوب .يعملون بكل جد وثقة واتقان .لم يبخلوا يوما لاي طلب طلبته منهم .يعني كل طاقم الفندق اصدقاء اعزاء وانا اعتز بصداقتهم كلهم .وانا سأستمر في الحجز في هذا الفندق دائما .وانا انصح كل اصدقائي وزملائي في العمل ان يبادروا الى الحجز في هذا الفندق دائما .

Uitstekend gelegen voor zowel business als leisure. Goede kamer met harde matras voor de liefhbbers. Ik had een rustige kamer achteraan in het hoofdgebouw. Een zeer goede prijs-waliteitsverhouding. Er waren geen bijkomende kussens in de kamerkast en de bar was leeg. Maar goed, dat had kunnen verholpen worden als ik de receptie tijdig had verwittigd.

ideale ligging indien men moet werken op de messe service beneden peil voorbeeld: om 23.45 kan er niets meer besteld worden om te ten in de bar, om te merken dat er toch twee gerechten kunnen besteld worden gedurende 24 uur, maar de ober wist dit niet....ongelooflijk toch

apenas a localização. perto da messe. É lamentável que numa reserva feita e paga com cerca de dois meses de antecedencia, aconteça que ao chegar ao hotel não houvesse quarto disponível, sendo remetidos nesse dia para um outro hotel, passando no dia seguinte para o mercure, o que nos causou um grande transtorno.

snelle bediening, schoon netjes pas bij inchecken bekend kamer in het 3de gebouw zondagochtend ontbijtbuffet erg druk, erg krap bij boeken geen mogelijkheid tot kiezen niet roken, ben er vanuit gegaan dat alles niet roken zou zijn. Er was wel gerookt op de kamer en er stonden asbakken.
