Hotel was close to airport (10 min drive), main purpose of our stay. Good value hotel, breakfast and meals were very good, and Alana was the only staff worth any mention that we came across. Receptionist (young girl) needs to lose the attitude! also railway is being put in next to hotel, major work, so not sure of noise factor during the day... night time was fine. |

Excellent quality for the price but service was a bit "amateurial"(that's why they're in permanent offer out events periods)and Restaurant has the quality of catering of motorway service area(but not prices:euro 27,70 for a soup,some cold roast beef and beer!).I would catch the plane the following dayand it was best option but more a 3 stars;but for excellent price though! |

The staff was very helpful, even though they forgot to make a requested wake-up call. The hotel location was very inconvenient for what I needed, and there were no restaurants, etc. anywhere near (except for the hotel restaurant). |

My room was cleaned but the food that room service brought us the night before was placed in the hall and stood there for over 18 hours. |

The hotel and room looked newly renovated, very modern, contemporary, clean. Very close to the Palladium Theater and only km from downtown Stuttgart. Nothing much in the vicinity of the hotel, but we had a car so it didn't matter to us. |

It was an amazing hotel for the price. Bed was comfortable, room was modern and clean, aircon worked great and the shower was ace. Oh, and the restaurant served amazing food for a decent price! |

Τό δωμάτιο πολύ φτωχό,τουλάχιστον εκείνο πού μάς εδωσαν ,χωρίς στοιχειώδεις ανέσεις(safety box κλπ.).Σέ καμμία περίπτωση δέν είναι τετράστερο ξενοδοχείο.Ισως απλώς καλό καί καθαρό. Ανακαίνιση ριζική χρειάζεται.Γιά δύο ατομα είχε μόνο μία πετσέτα μπάνιου. |

einzig und allein die relativ gute Lage zum SI-Zentrum. Der Preis bei garantierter Buchung war ok. das Hotel genügt keinesfalls den Ansprüchen eines Mercure-Hotels. Unsere Zimmer- und Badeinrichtung dürfte noch aus der Vorkriegszeit stammen. Ehrlich gesagt, kann ich die doch eher guten Bewertungen der anderen Besucher nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. |

Da wir uns in der Umgebung von Stuttgart nicht auskannten, haben wir an der Rezeption im Mercure Hotel danach gefragt. Ohne Nachfrage hat uns die Dame sofort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten inkl. Zug oder Busverbindungen rausgesucht. Sehr freundlich, denn sie hat sich richtig Zeit genommen für uns. |

L'hotel est d'accès aisé surtout si vous participez à une foire. Le weekend il y fait très calme. Seul point négatif peu d'emplacements et si disponible extrêmement étroit pour une grande voiture au garage souterrain |

Die Damen am Empfang, der Shuttle Service, der Ober in der Stube waren von großer Freundlichkeit. Wegen einer Veranstaltung mußte in der Stube gegessen werden. Ich habe 75 Minuten auf ein Abendessen gewartet, das um 22.15Uhr serviert wurde. Ohne den freundlichen Ober hätte ich das Lokal verlassen |
