Restaurant for having dinner / breakfast in the hotel was ok We applied for 2 non smoking rooms , but instead we got 2 smoking rooms, smelling very badly. It was answered by the reception that the choice between smoking / non-smoking is just a "preference " so we couldn't change our rooms. |

Bed was very good and clean also bathroom and modern styled. I slept very well. Breakfast was good but extra 16.00 Euro is a lot because we had dinner in the city very well with 3 persons for 69,00 Euro including drinks. The bar is not filled on the room but at the reception you can buy cold drinks for 3.00 Euro's a bottle and 2.70 for water. A lot of money, if they make it cheaper much more people would use this service. Strange that they do not fill the bar. Also internet use (t-mobile) costs 8,00 an hour, far too much. |

good service, spa opposite Breakfast too big and expensive (no continental option). No offer to clean my dress when the waiter spilled beer all over me. No facilities for bicycles. |

excellent friendly and very efficient staff, the hotel is well kept but needs restyling. small things like curtain in the shower did not close properly. disposition of the toilette itself, old furniture and no working tv remote controll, no possibility to set the room temperature. |

We were very happy with the hotel and room, apart from the lack of air-con, mentioned below. The lack of any air-con meant we had to open the window. The trams were very noisy and I had little sleep. I could not have stayed in that room a 2nd night. |

nice hotel, good quality, as most mercure hotels. Cheap. A little bit far from Stuttgart city center (15min in U bahn), but close (15min walking) to BadCanstatt SBahn station or Kursaal Ubahn station (in front of the hotel) . Is not the best choice if you want to visit the center or going out to parties in the night but is a good choice to be in badcannstatt or in the frulinghfest :) |

Excellent rooms, very comfortable beds. Very good for tired travellers. Only the language barrier. I wanted a cup of tea and could not understand where to get hot water. There were cups and tea but no kettle. THis is a small point (and really our fault as much as anyones) our whole experience at the Mecure hotel was good. |

A nice hotel and good staffs. Very near from a pool/sauna of mineral water. As for the access to the hotel, Combination of S-bahn and U-bahn (#2) is most useful. Walk from the Bad Canstatt station is a bit long. |

Very good price for two days....we payed 78EUR for two people, and hotel was really nice! The hotel was located far awey from Stuttgart center, there was no activity around the hotel, a little bit borring in evening!Parking was 10 EUR per day! |

Closeness to Bad Cannstatt spa; room service pizza was of good quality Hotel staff were rude; wireless connection was over-priced and bandwidth was so poor that I could not even load my corporate webpage before getting a timeout error. When I complained to the front desk, I was rudely told that they don't control the internet and would/could do nothing to help me. Breakfast was of good quality but you would have to eat alot to make it worth the price. |

Leider funktionierte das Licht nicht.Musste mich mit den zwei Nachtischlampen zufrieden geben.Es war laut im Hotel, sprich das Zimmer über uns...die Kinder hatten fast über die ganze Nacht rumgeturnt. Das kann doch nicht sein!!! |
