Perfect for family with kids. They had real beds!

This was a great hotel. Very modern decor, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Located right across the street from a Spa/Therme perfect for a city get away with a spot of relaxation. Will definitely stay here again.

New hotel in pristine condition, rooms very large (compared to most in europe), well equiped and very clean. Hot drinks available on demand (free) in lobby, buffet breakfast was good, wide choice available. Great location, short walk to high street and many restaurants.

It is close to a u 2 bahn station and facilities seem to be recently renovated. The hotel is quite balanced in everything.

It's a little bit cold at night.

No possiblity of parking near the hotel, the only one chance is to park in the hotel garage, but 15 euros for one night is too too much. The cuisine (I mean dinner) was not very delicious. The breakfast was o.k.

The hotel has a very modern decor and has the potential to be a top class place to stay.

The customer service by the desk and room staff was very substandard - in fact probably the worst we have encountered over the years. This may have been in part their inability to understand English. The previous occupant had been smoking in the room even though it was designated a non smoking room. The smell of smoke was still quite strong. We were only supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel in the room. It took three complaints and 24 hours before we finally got a towel each.

I like the location and the staff were very good

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Ich bin sehr empfindlich was die sauberkeit angeht und fühle mich schnell unwohl wenn es nicht sauber ist/ wirkt. Im "all seasons" kein problem :-) hab mich super wohl gefühlt. Super Austattung. Schöne zimmer. Wunderbares frühstück!!! Ausserdem sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und alles in allem ein unkomplizierter aufenthalt! Komme wieder und werde es weiterempfehlen! Danke!!!

Das Licht (besonders im Bad) ist etwas dunkel. Man weiss gar nocht do genau wie man aussieht wenn man sich richtet. Aber das ist nur ne Kleinigkeit. :-) sonst alles perfekt!

Sauberkeit

Modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Service,gutem Frühstücksangebot-tolles Rüherei und weich gekochte Eier! Das ist etwas ganz seltenes in deutschen Hotels! Lage sehr verkehrsgünstig-1 Minute zur U-Bahn. Fast gegenüber das Mineralbad.

Klimaanlage nicht sehr effektiv-nachts warm oder laut bzw. verräuchert durch die Gäste vom Nachbarbalkon.

Der Weg zur Martin-Schleyer-Halle ist gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Unsere Familiensuite war sehr geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar reichhaltig und gut, allerdings waren oftmals keine Teller/Tassen/Schüsseln... mehr vorrätig; an der Kaffeemaschine war teilweise eine lange Schlange; alles in allem war das Essen zwar gut, das Personal aber leider überfordert.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Getränkeservice und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett
