The Mercure Stuttgart City Center Hotel is a good modern hotel been refurbished a couple of years ago, alot of the hotels in Stuttgart are not so modern.Very Good Hotel and the staff are excellent.

I really feel I got value for money. I'm becoming a fan of the Mercure chain. The hotel is 10 - 15 minute walk from the central station, and the city center is just a few minutes drive by cab. The staff were incredibly down-to-earth, friendly and very helpful. When I checked in, I went to my room, opened the door, and found some random guy passed out on one of the beds. It didn't really bother me because the look on the receptionist's face was priceless when I told her. It was an accident on her part and she immediately changed my room with much apology and embarrassment. The situation was comical, but I can see how this would upset some people.

Nice hotel (referring strictly to the building). Terrible staff attitude. We have booked 3 nights, 1 package for 2 nights and 1 package for 1 night. At the beginning they couldn't find our second reservation, we've been told that there is no reservation. Finally, they have found it, we have paid up front for 3 nights and after 2 days,they didn't remember. We were forced to change the room because: "an important customer is coming and he always stays in that room". The receptionist shows no respect for us during our stay. A shame for the Mercure Hotel chain.

I liked the service best, the staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was quick and efficient. I was a little disappointed that there were no tea making facilites in the room and only a shower, no bath.

Mir hat folgendes gefallen: Das Hotel bietet üb. Booking.com immer wieder Sonderpreise für kurze Übernachtungen an, das ist sehr lobenswert. Nicht gefallen hat mir der Preis für das Frühstück, hier finde ich den Preis p.P. 18,00 € doch etwas zu hoch, aber eas Frühstücksangebot war gut. Ich bin bzw. wir waren zufrieden und ich denke wenn ich wiedermal nach Stgt. zu einem Konzert gehe, werde ich im Mercure City übernachten.

Design intérieur de l'hôtel et des chambres. Petit-déjeuner. Confort du lit (queensize). Horaires du petit-déjeuner mal indiqué : le 1/01/2012, service jusqu'à 12h. Dès lors, nous avons pensé, que c'était pareil le 2/01/2012, mais ce n'était que jusqu'à 1030. Nous n'avons donc pas pu déjeuner lundi, avant de quitter la ville. Et le personnel de salle ne nous a pas offert de petit-déjeuner compensatoire...
