El personal es muy amable. Hay una tienda de servicio muy conveniente en frente del hotel. Esta bien ubicado. El mapa no era muy claro. Las habitaciones estan algo impregnadas de olor a cigarro. La cama era muy blanda. La informacion para turistas es escasa tienen la tarjeta de 3 dias de transporte pero tienes que preguntar por ella. |

Habitaciones nuevas. Odio la moqueta en el hotel. Los ácaros del polvo están por toda la habitación. Se escucha mucho ruido debido al tranvía. |

A modern hotel with reasonable rate. The hotel is a bit fare from the center, up hill so need to walk for at least 20 mins, also rooms are too small. |

The hotel was very comfortable and cozy. Staff were helpful and location was fairly close to subway station. I think the breakfast charge is a bit on the high side. It should be lowered, if not included in the room rates. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but I did take a look and it was a nice spread. The hotel was only a 10-15 min. walk from the banhof. The hotel wasn't in the most interesting part of town and the views left a bit to be desired, but it was only a short walk to the the city center. All in all, the hotel was very good value. |

The hotel was modern clean quiet and comfortable. Why can it not be made clear that when you book a double room you expect a double bed not twins. Also information should stipulate either bath ,shower or both . Mention of hair dryer and iron are also key to guests. As my husband is away from home a lot, it spoilt our break as out of 4 nights stay in Europe only one hotel was able to offer and correctly give us a double bedded room! |

I found the staff very friendly with generally very good English. Dinner came with creamy sauce after asking for no dairy. Language barrier, rectified quickly with another dinner delivered without sauce. |
