Everything was according to expectations, good meals, nice and clean rooms, corteous and attentive staff. The lack of internet wi-fi. |

The staff were very attentive and rooms were cleaned very early. The restaurant was extremely nice My room was facing onto a 24-hour garage and the city centre was agood 15 - 20 minutes walk away |

It was perfect for a short trip, clean, comfortable room, close enough to the center(15 min walk). The room didn't seem to have anything extra than an Ibis, maybe except the bottle of water(not a mini-bar), but the non-refundable price I paid was fair enough. |

Nice design hotel, close to city center. Good rate. Very nice and comfortable room with wide comfort bed There is no mini bar in the room, what is a must for this type and level of hotel. Very good, but too expencive breakfast |

A modern hotel with reasonable rate. The hotel is a bit fare from the center, up hill so need to walk for at least 20 mins, also rooms are too small. |

Day staff quite helpful and pleasant, central location for all amenities. No toilet roll provided for room. Staff quite rude when advising of payment. |

The hotel was very comfortable and cozy. Staff were helpful and location was fairly close to subway station. I think the breakfast charge is a bit on the high side. It should be lowered, if not included in the room rates. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but I did take a look and it was a nice spread. The hotel was only a 10-15 min. walk from the banhof. The hotel wasn't in the most interesting part of town and the views left a bit to be desired, but it was only a short walk to the the city center. All in all, the hotel was very good value. |

The hotel was modern clean quiet and comfortable. Why can it not be made clear that when you book a double room you expect a double bed not twins. Also information should stipulate either bath ,shower or both . Mention of hair dryer and iron are also key to guests. As my husband is away from home a lot, it spoilt our break as out of 4 nights stay in Europe only one hotel was able to offer and correctly give us a double bedded room! |

I found the staff very friendly with generally very good English. Dinner came with creamy sauce after asking for no dairy. Language barrier, rectified quickly with another dinner delivered without sauce. |

Mineral water in the room is priced 2,40euro !!!! Breakfast is offered at 16euro !!! .. Without anything special included it is too expensive for a 3 star hotel |
