Good location, nice room.

good central location near shopping and the important attractions as described on the website is correct description.

the area was very loud late into the night on Saturday night, not a "peaceful setting" as described in the website. the staff did not ask whether we wanted a non-smoking room at check in, just gave us one, should have asked us, we had to change rooms as a result. also, web site was not clear on parking location, which was across the street and hard to find if one did not know the city, there was no place near or in front of hotel for temporary parking during check in, nor any help available with baggage by staff. getting in and out of this hotel was a pain due to location. Ok if arriving by train or taxi. Not so good if by car an not familiar with parking in obscure place.

The location is perfect for all the things to see near the town hall Place and Aix La Chapelle church

Our room face to Terrasse and Cafe place, so the party not ending until 3 in the morning, it was very noisy, I will recommand to ask for a room on the main entrance side, theres no beautiful view like ours had, but no noise

A well located hotel in right in the city centre.

When we stayed there were children running noisily down hotel corridors late into the evening.

The location was great.

No English speaking TV channels. Not normally a big deal but I wanted to watch Wimbledon.

The location is excellent, and the rooms very good.

We had great difficulty finding this hotel ; although it was clear roughly where it was located, we couldn`t find a sign showing the street-name ; and the hotel`s name wasn`t clearly marked, so we wandered for some time in the immediate area before finding it.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaan personeel. Zeer goede ligging om te shoppen en wat cultuur op te doen.

Am Tag vor meiner Anreise habe ich Kontakt aufgenommen, um in Erfahrung zu bringen, ob ich auch bis 12.00 Uhr anreisen und das Zimmer belegen kann. Daraufhin hat man mir mitgeteilt, dass ich meinen Koffer auf jeden Fall abstellen könne und es auch die Möglichkeit gibt, mich umziehen zu können. Das das Zimmer dann am Anreisetag noch nicht bezugsfertig war ist für mich überhaupt kein Problem. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption allerdings schickt mich in das 1. OG€, wo ich mich in einer "Rumpelkammer" (Stühle, Bettwäsche, Matrazen, etc.) umziehen kann. Die Dame von der Rezeption hat es nicht für nötig gehalten mich zu begleiten und den Raum aufzuschließen. Eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Dame aus dem Restaurant hat sich dafür entsc
