The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The minibar was free and the beds were very comfortable. It was an ideal location for the Christmas market. We loved it.

The bar was not very well stocked.

Staff were friendly. The location was good.

A friend who was travelling with us was booked in a single room (same price at the time as a double room), but the single room was extremely tiny. The rooms were not soundproofed and all street noises could be heard very easily thoughout the night, particularly drunken revellers going home from the pub. Towels in the bathroom are small. Overall, I'm sure there are other hotels in the area that are better value.

Great location. Friendly and helpul staff. Requested a handicapped room for my mum, no problem.

Would be nice if there was another computer to use for the guests. Also, a bigger lounge; lots of rain this trip.

Our third stay in this good comfortable hotel, very convenient, close to the Christmas Market and the main shopping centre. Easy to reach from the motorway system, and has secure parking near to the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. We would recommend it, but don't make it too popular - we want to go back.

Friendly, fast check-in and check out, clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, close to the Christmas markets, Cathedral and town hall

We visited Aachen for the Christmas market and the hotel's location was excellent for this and also for other shopping areas. Although on a main thoroughfare we had a room overlooking one of the side-streets and it was quiet, the double-glazing very effective. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly and there were tea etc making facilities in the room which is really nice on a cold winter's day.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we felt that it was very over-priced.

The friendliness of all staff, the architecture of the building and rooms, the excellent location and affordable rates, the decor, the spaciousness and the comfort of the rooms, electronic, electrical and water equipment and the excellent wifi-internet access included in the price. But what I value most is the friendliness of all staff. Thank You ! We will return by Christmas Market.

Location and its car park

We were given a smoking room without any alternative. As non-smokers, we found the smell of stale tobacco unattractive.

Badly overpriced internet service

Very competent and polite staff

Good location in the middle of the shopping area and a few minutes walk from the Old Town.

Definitely not value for money. Hotel has very few facilities.
